    트럼프의 전략과 문재인의 음모, 종전선언  

 

이번 유엔 총회를 중심으로 하여 트럼프가 보인 연기에 대해 언론들은 무색무취하게 다루었고, 일부 우익진영의 유튜버들은 트럼프가 마치 큰 범죄라도 저지른 것처럼 성토한다. 그런데 어찌 된 일인지 나는 그들과는 정반대의 생각을 한다. 누가 맞고 누가 그르고에 대한 문제가 아니라 시각의 차이일 것이다. 

그들은 트럼프 제1의 전략적 우선순위가 '북핵'이라고 가정한 반면 나는 트럼프의 전략적 우선순위가 '중국축소화'에 있다고 생각했다. 그들에게는 김정은을 제거하는 레짐체인지가 최선이라고 생각했고, 그런 기준에 어긋나는 조치를 취하는 트럼프가 미운 것이지만, 나는 트럼프의 전략이 레짐 체인지가 아니라 북을 중국진영에서 떼어내 미국진영으로 합류시키는 블록체인지를 염두에 두고 있을 것이라고 생각해서 그를 미워하지 않는 것이다. 그들은 트럼프가 북핵 해결 시점을 2년도 좋고 3년도 좋다고 말했다는 대목에 핏대를 세우며 분노하지만, 나는 2년도 좋고 3년이 좋다고 발언한 트럼프를 충분히 이해한다. 그들은 북핵이 우리 안보에 가장 위험한 것이라고 생각하는 반면 나는 북핵이 한국안보에 대단한 기여를 하고 있다고 생각한다. 그래서 북핵은 오래 끌수록 축복이라고 말하고 있다. 그들은 한국안보에 가장 해로운 것이 북핵이라고 생각하지만 나는 한국안보에 가장 기여하는 것이 북핵이고, 한국안보에 위험한 것이 '종전선언'이라고 생각한다,  

 

여기까지만 살펴보아도 그들의 생각과 내 생각 사이에는 엄청난 괴리가 있다. 그래서 그들의 진단과 내 진단이 다를 수밖에 없는 것이다. 중국은 감히 미국의 국제 패권적 지위를 넘보고 있었다. 미국에게 이처럼 중차대한 위협은 없다. 북핵은 이에 비하면 새발의 피다. 북핵은 중국을 때리는 데 가장 요긴한 핑계 명분 지렛대다. 북핵이 없으면 미국은 중국을 때릴 명분이 없다. 중국을 때려서 실질적인 힘을 축소시키려면 단기간에는 안 된다.  2년도 걸리고 3년도 걸릴 수 있다. 그래서 트럼프는 북핵이 가능한 오래 끌어주기를 바랄 것이다.  

 

트럼프가 유엔에서 가장 방점을 둔 것은 북한에 몰래 금지된 물자를 제공하는 중국과 러시이를 맹비난한 것이다. 북핵이 완전 종료돌 때까지 미국은 북한에 아무 것도 해줄 수 없다 했다. 트럼프가 시간을 끌수록 다급한 쪽은 김정은이다. 김정은은 미국에 까불다 납작하게 항복했다. 이는 역대의 미국 대통령이 하지 못했던 위업일 것이다. 트럼프가 김정은을 띄워주는 것은 미국에 고분고분 잘 따라 온다는 뜻이다. 이 시점에서 만일 김정은이 미국의 비위를 거스른다면 큰일을 당할 것이라는 사실을 김정은은 인식하고 있다. 일단 김정은은 고양이에 잡혀 있는 쥐 신세가 됐다.  여기까지만 해도 오로지 트럼프만이 할 수 있었던 위대한 일이다. 

 

북한에 핵무기가 없었다면 이미 문재인과 김정은이 통일을 선포했을 것이다. 핵무기 개발은 오히려 북한에 자충수가 되었다. 북에 핵이 있는 한 미국은 김정은의 멱살을 바짝 움켜쥘 수 밖에 없다. 멱살이 미국에 잡혀 있는 한 우리 한국은 안전하다. 이래서 북핵은 우리안보에 축복이라는 것패러독스가 성립한다. 북핵이 우리에게 축복이 되도록 전략환경을 뒤집어 놓은 사람이 바로 트럼프인 것이다. 오바마 같으면 어림도 없다. 이렇게 좋은 일을 해준 트럼프에게 왜 욕을 퍼붓는가? 북핵 게임은 오래 끌면 끌수록 한국 안보에 유익한 것이다.  

 

가장 위험한 것은 '종전선언'이다. 미국이 만일 속아서 종전선언을 해주면 그 다음 날 남북 빨갱이들이 날치기작전으로 통일을 선포할 것이다. 휴전선을 무력화시키고 군을 무력화시킨 목적이 바로 북한군을 영접하기 위한 준비작업인 것이다. 문재인은 미국과 한국국민을 속이기 위해 "종전선언은 형식적인 것이기 때문에 나중에 뒤집을 수 있는 것"이라는 요설을 떨었다. 그렇게 아무 것도 아닌 종전선언이라면 왜 김정은과 문제인이 두 손을 꽉 잡고 저토록 애타게 구걸하는것인가?  한국입장에서 보면 북핵은 축복이고, 종전선언이 독약이다. 그런데 나 말고는 이런 생각을 전하는 사람이 없다.  

문재인과 임종석의 눈은 드라큘라의 눈처럼 새빨갛다. 이들이 휴전선을 무력화시키고, 군을 와해시키고, 야간전투를 하지 못하도록 병사들을 외출보내고, 기갑사단 3개, 보병사단 7개나 없애 버리면서 한국군을 허수아비로 만들고, 휴전선을 100m 달리기 운동장으로 만들어 놓은 이유가 무엇인가? 종전서언만 선포되면 그 다음날 북한군 수십만이 민간복 입고 한국인들로 가장해 휴전선을 100m 경기하듯 달려와 남한 빨갱이들과 어울려 반미 유혈사태를 일으키려는 것이다.  5.18처럼.  이 엄청난 사태를 일으키면 바로 이것이 남북 인간들이 날치기 식으로 통일을 선포하는 넉넉한 명분이 되는 것이다.  내가 보기에는 저들은 이런 계획을 세워놓고 오로지 미국이 종전선언하기 만을 이타게 설득하고 속임수를 쓰는 것이다. 이런 일이 절대로 발생할 수 없다고 하는 사람들은 우익의 탈을 썼다라도 매우 수상한 사람들일 것이다. 

 

 

Trump's Strategy vs Moon's Conspiracy, Declaration of Ending the War

 

About the splendid acting that President Trump showed around UN General Assembly, major journalists dealt with it lightly and not featured it. Some of right-wing youtubers are censuring Trump as if he committed a serious crime. But I think, whatever the reason is, quite opposite to them. It is not a matter of 'right or wrong', but rather a point of view.

 

While they suppose Trump's top strategic priority is denuclearization of the North, I think Trump's top priority falls on making China into a divided miniature country. As they thought the best strategy is the North regime change by getting rid of Jong-Un Kim, so they were displeased with Trump's move which conflicts with their expectations. But I don't dislike him because I think that Trump's strategy would not be the North regime change but he has a Block Change Strategy in mind that would take the North apart from China and join them to the US side. They got angry at Trump as he said it doesn't matter if it takes two years or three years to the complete denuclearization of the North. While they think the North Nuke is the biggest threat to national security, I think the Nuke is doing much for our security. So, the longer the problem of the North Nuke drags on, the more blessing upon us, I would say. While they say the Nuke is the most harmful to national security, I would say that what contributes most to our security is the North Nuke, but what is most threatening to us is the "Declaration of Ending the War".

 

Taking above into consideration, you will find big difference between their thinking and mine. My diagnosis on the situation, therefore, have to be different from theirs. Now China is ambitious enough to dare to challenge for the US Supremacy of the world. There is no other great threat to the US other than this. The problem of North Korea is not so big a matter when compared with this. The North Nuke functions only as Trump's lever, the most essential tool for striking China, justifying his excuse. If not for the North Nuke, the US could not find justifiable causes to strike China. But any attempt to reduce China's substantial power by striking them can not be done in a short time. It may take two years or the longer three. That's why Trump might hope the problem of North Nuke drag on more longer.

 

What Trump emphasized in the UN was that he denunciated China and Russia for supplying forbidden material for the North in secret. The US made it clear that they would not offer anything for the North until the perfect completion of denuclearization. The longer Trump drags on time, the more impatient Jong-Un Kim gets. Kim once acted boisterously to the US, but he surrendered flat now. This is a great achievement that none of former President was able to do except Trump. Now he gives Kim a high compliment, which means Kim is obedient and following the US well. Kim is well aware that if he go against and offend the US, he will suffer a grave disaster. Now he looks like a sad rat which got caught by a cat. Trump was the only President who could do this great job.

 

If not for the North Nuke, Jae-In Moon and Jong-Un Kim might have declared 'Unification' already. The North's development of the Nuke has become a noose for its own neck instead. As long as the North have the Nuke, the US have to grab Kim tight by the collar. During the time Kim's collar is grabbed by the US, we the Southern people are safe. This is why the paradox came into being that the North Nuke is a blessing for our security. It is the very President Trump himself who turned over the strategic circumstances so the North Nuke can change to a blessing on us. What about Obama?-- Quite impossible, indeed! Then why are some people speaking ill of Trump when he was doing great work for us? The longer the Nuke problem drags on, the better it is for our national security.

 

The biggest/imminent threat to us is "Declaration of Ending the War". If the US get deceived and make the Declaration, then the next day, the communists both in South and North will rush into "Declaration of Communized Unification"by surprise. The purpose of making Truce Line defenseless and dissolving Armed Forces is none other than making necessary preparations to welcome the North Korean Army when they come down into South. Jae-In Moon spoke weird / talkative eloquence that 'Declaration of Ending the War is only a political formality, so it can be withdrawn any time later' to deceive South Koreans and Americans. If the Declaration has only limited meaning of no importance as he said, then why do Jong-Un Kim and Moon grab their hands firm together and are eagerly asking for it? From South Korean point of view, the North Nuke is a blessing but the Declaration is surely a poison. However, I can't find anyone who gives this sort of commentary.

 

Jae-In Moon and Jong-Suk Lim have red eyes just like Dracula. What is the reason for all of their treasonous doings ;- making the Truce Line defenseless, dissolving the Armed Forces, giving Evening Leave to soldiers so that they could not be available for night battle, making Korean Armed Forces into scarecrows by getting rid of three armored Divisions and seven Infantry Divisions, and making the Truce Line Area into 100 meters racing field. Once the Declaration is made, the next day hundreds of thousands of the North troops in civilian clothes will, disguised as the South citizens, run over the Truce Line like racing 100 meter race, and eventually raise 'anti-American Bloodshed Riots' together with the numerous local communists. If it develops to terrifying / formidable bloodshed just like the 'May 18th Gwangju Riot in 1980', it will make a great cause for the Reds of South and North to rush into Declaration of 'Communized Unification' by surprise. I think they have already hatched all the plots, and are now eagerly persuading / cheating the US to induce them into making the Declaration. As for those who say such incident can not happen, I think they are very suspicious people even though they wear right-wingers' mask on their face.
