        5 .18유공자들, 사익 위해 반국가 카르텔로 뭉쳤다

 

5.18유공자들 중에는 사망자 가족, 부상자 이외에 “기타유공자”(그 밖의 5.18민주화운동희생자)라는 카테고리가 있다. 여기에 가장 많은 가짜유공자, 정치유공자들이 묻혀 있을 것이다. 최근 일부 국회의원들에게 제공되는 통계자료는 그 동안 언론발표와는 상당한 거리가 있다. 나는 2014.7.23.에 광주시청 인권담당(063-613-2084)으로부터 정보공개 민원회신을 받았다. 1014.6월 기준 보훈처 통계자료에는 ‘5.18민주유공자’가 4,251로 잡혀 있지만 실제로는 ‘5.18민주화운동관련자 보상결정 실인원’이 4,634명이라고 기재돼 있다.

 

    국가기관이 5.18유공자에 관해 최근 제공하는 자료는 가짜일 것

 

2018.2.22.자 연합뉴스에는 “5.18 관련자 보상심의위 권노갑 이사장 등 177명 인정”이라는 제 하의 기사가 떴다. “광주시는 22일 5·18민주화운동 관련자 보상심의위원회(위원장 윤장현 광주시장)를 열고 심사대상 431명 중 권 이사장 등 177명을 5·18 민주화 운동 관련자로 추가 인정했다. 함께 신청한 이훈평(73) 전 국회의원, 유훈근(77) 전 김대중대통령 공보비서도 관련자 인정을 받았다. 이번 보상은 2006년 시작돼 2013년 마무리된 6차 보상 이후 3년여 만에 이뤄졌다. 1990년 당시 광주민주화운동 보상 등에 관한 법률이 제정된 뒤 인정된 관련자는 5천769명으로 늘었다.”

       5.18유공자, 관련자로 보상받는 5,769명의 구성

5.18유공자 명단은 절대로 발표할 수 없다는 관청이 보훈처, 광주시, 국가기록원이다. 그래서 얼마간의 부정확성은 있겠지만 아래는 내가 안개 속에서 계산 해낸 통계치들이다.

 

5.18유공자 수는 현재 5,769명, 그 구성을 보면

“5.18민주화운동사망자 또는 행방불명자” 238명,

“5.18민주화운동부상자” 3,386명,

“기타희생자”(“그 밖의 5.18민주화운동희생자”) 2,145명이다.

 

이해찬은 2002년에 5.18유공자가 되었다. 현장에 가지도 않았는데 5.18유공자가 됐다며 자랑까지 했다.

지난 번 보훈처로부터 받았다는 김진태 의원이 국회에서 공개한 자료는 4,600명 규모였다. 유공자명단을 밝히라고 소송을 걸고 있는 김기수 변호사가 공개한 자료 역시 4,600명대였다. 이런 것을 보면 보훈처 등 자료를 제공한 공무원들이 최근 허위자료를 제공했을 수 있다는 의심을 갖게 한다.  2014.7.월에 내가 광주시로부터 직접 받은 공문에 기재된 4,634명은 무엇이란 말인가?

5.18진상규명위에 지만원이 들어가는 것을 김성태가 저렇게 총대를 메고 거품을 물고 물불 안 가리고 전투적으로 행동하는 것을 보면 여러 가지 생각을 갖게 한다. 국회의원들 중에서도 본인 스스로 5.18유공자가 되어 있는 사람들은 김성태 뒤에 줄을 설 것이다. 막강한 권세를 가지고 있는 5.18유공자들과 끈끈한 유대관계나 이해관계를 가지고 있는 정치인들도 김성태 뒤에 줄을 설 것이다. 따라서 지만원을 적극 차단하고 있는 무리들에는 빨갱이들만 있는 것이 아니라 빨갱이들에 코가 꿰 있는 국회의원들도 있다. 이들이 반국가 카르텔을 형성하여 지만원을 저지하고 있는 것이다.

 

      김성태의 코미디를 다시 요약한다

 

1. 대한민국에서 18년 동안 정부문서(검찰, 공판자료) 등을 가지고 연구를 해서 5.18을 북한군의 소행이라고 밝힌 사람은 오직 지만원 뿐이다.

 

2. 이로 인해 여론이 확산됐고, 드디어 국회는 2018.2.28. '5.18진상규명법‘을 통과시켰는데 그 3조6항에는  ”북한군개입여부"를 규명하라는 조문이 들어있다.

 

3. 지만원, 조우석 등을 포함한 3인이 한국당 이종명의원에 의해 추천되어 지난 8개월동안 유지돼왔다. 2018.2.28. 이후  무려 8개월이나 지난 2018.11.9~11.14.까지의 기한으로 한국당이 진상규명위원 신청을 공고한 것은 지난 8개월동안 추천명단이 한국당에 유지돼 왔다는 것을 반증한다.

 

4. 이 사실이 2018.10.31.좌파언론들에 의해 폭로되고 지만원 같은 극우인물은 절대로 진상규명위에 갈 수 없다며 소란을 피웠다.

 

5. 이런 보도가 나가자 같은 날 김성태가 선언했다. “지만원은 추천한 바도 없고 앞으로도 없을 것이다” “5.18은 신성한 민주화운동이다. 그런데 지만원은 이를 비하하면서 계속해서 5.18에 북한이 개입했다는 허무맹랑한 주장을 해왔다. 그래서 지만원은 제3조6항에 명시돼 있는 ”북한군개입 여부를 규명하라“는 국회명령을 수행할 자격이 없다” 이 세상에 이와 같은 코미디는 더 없을 것 같다.

A lot of fake men of merit and politically favored men of merit might be hidden under in this category. The statistical data provided to some National Assembly members looks very far from what was published by news organizations. I got a reply to my civil petition for information publication from the Gwangju City official in charge of human rights (063-613-2084) on July 23, 2014. Though Patriot and Veterans Administration Agency's statistical number as of June, 2014 has the number 4,251 of the May 18th men of merit, the reply shows that the actual number of individuals to be paid compensation in relation to the May 18th movement is 4,634.

Yonhap News Agency reported an article on February 22, 2018, with the title "the May 18th Compensation Examination Committee recognized 177 individuals including chief director Kwon Noh-Gahp as men of merit".

"On February 22, Gwangju City held the May 18th Compensation Examination Committee (Chairman: City Mayor Yoon Jang-Hyon), and decided to recognize additional 177 individuals including chief director Kwon Noh-Kahp from the 431 applicants. Former National Assembly member Lee H.P (71), and Yoo H.K (77), former Public Relation Secretary to the Late President Kim Dae-Joong, who submitted applications, were also recognized as men of merit. The compensation this time was made three years after the 6th compensation which started in 2006 and completed in 2013. Since the enactment of the law in 1990 concerning the May 18th pro-democracy movement, the individuals recognized have increased to 5,769.

Governmental organizations, that insist they can never make public the name list of the May 18th men of merit, are Patriot and Veterans Administration Agency, Gwangju City and National Archives of Korea, So, below might be a little inaccurate, but I figured out the statistical numbers calculating in the fog.

 

Presently, the number of the May 18th men of merit is 5,769. The composition might be,

"The dead and the missing in the May 18th" : 238 persons

"The wounded in the May 18th" : 3,386 persons

"Other sufferers relevant to the May 18th : 2,145 persons

Lee Hae-Chan become the May 18th man of merit in 2002. He even praised himself that he was made to the May 18th man of merit even though he had never been at the scene.

 

National Assembly member Kim Jin-Tae said he received a data from the Patriot and Veterans Administration Agency, and he made it public in the National Assembly which shows the number of about 4,600. A lawyer Kim Kee-Soo is in a lawsuit petitioning governmental organizations to disclose name list of men of merit. The data that the lawyer Kim made public was also showing around 4,600. Then what does the number 4,634 means which was recorded in the official reply that I received from Gwangju City in July, 2014?

 

The Mass Cartel of Politicians Gang Who Became the May 18th Man of Merit

 

As I go through current circumstance in which Kim Sung-Tae is acting so combatant as if he would even go through fire and water spewing foam at the mouth, carrying a (Red) rifle on his shoulder (volunteering to take the role of a Red Villain) to obstruct Jee Man-Won from entering the May 18th truth-finding committee, I come to think many things in my mind. Among the National Assembly members, those who made themselves the May 18th man of merit will be lining up in one line behind Kim Sung-Tae (to stand for him). Some politicians, who have interests with or close connection with powerful politicians of the May 18th man of merit, will also be lining up in one line behind Kim Sung-Tae. So, it is not only the Reds group that are aggressively obstructing Jee Man-Won, but there are also the National Assembly members who were taken their nose ring by the Reds. They formed anti-national cartel and is now obstructing Jee Man-Won.

 

I nereby Summarize Kim Sung-Tae's Comedy Again.

 

1. Jee Man-Won is the only man in South Korea who uncovered the truth that the May 18th was raised by North Korean troops through his eighteen years of research with the evidence in government documents, ets. (prosecutor' arraignment, trial material).

 

2. Public opinion was widely spread because of it, and at last "the May 18th Truth-Finding Law" was enacted in the National Assembly on February 28, 2018, and the provision which requests truth on "whether North Korean troops intervened or not" was put in the Article 3 Clause 6.

 

3. Three persons including Jee Man-Won and Cho Woo-Sok were recommended by the National Assembly member Lee Jong-Myong, and have been internal members for the past eight months. The fact that Liberty Korea Party advertised the recruitment of truth-finding members during the period from November 9 to November 14, 2018, which is at least eight months later than February 28, 2018, proves to the contrary that the recommended names have been kept effective in the Liberty Korea Party.

 

4. This was made public by leftist journalism on October 31, 2018, and they began to make a fuss that extreme rightist like Jee Man-Won can never be acceptable to truth-finding committee.

 

5. Soon after this report were made, Kim Sung-Tae issued a statement.

"Jee Man-Won has never been recommended, and never will be".

"The May 18th is a sacred pro-democracy movement. But Jee Man-Won is disparaging it, and keep insisting non-sensical allegation that North Korea intervened in the May 18th. Therefore, Jee Man-Won is unqualified to carry out the mission given by the National Assembly's order to 'Find out the truth on whether North Korean troops intervened or not' as specified in Article 3 Clause 6".

There will be no comedy in the world funnier than his comedy like this.
