Whoever may say otherwise, Chongwa-dae (Blue House) is a den of the North agents. They are loyal to Kim Jong-Un, and are showing immoral practices of doing nothing but destroying anything about South Korea. If the boil festers more (if the time ripens more), national anger which has been mounted so far will be exploding. I pray that we, five million field army, can take the lead to come out at the front line of the great task.

The presidential secretariat of civil affairs, led by the human wretch Cho-Gook, is only playing the role of Moon Jae-In’s personal inquiry agency squandering tremendous amount of national tax. It is a monopolization of Stats affairs that is unforgivable and can not be allowed to happen. If Liberty Korea Party had been strong, they must have linked it to impeachment movement. This human wretches are intentionally destroying national economy. They have already offered national security to North Korea. Joosapa (note 1) are not merely the Reds. Joosapa are the human wretches who believe in Kim Il-Sung as their religion from the marrow of their bone. They are the tribe of Dracula whose lifelong dream is to destroy this country and achieve communized unification. What we witness now is the sheer insanity of those in their last moment who are mad about Kim Il-Sung religion.

Sixth-class Inspector Kim Tae-Woo, Aims His Dagger at the Neck of Moon Jae-In

Kim Tae-Woo, who was 6th-class official in the prosecution, has been working in Chongwa-dae (Blue House) as special inspector through the times of former Presidents from Lee Myong-Bak, Park Keun-Hye and up to now of Moon Jae-In. He exposed to news organizations that he was driven out of Chongwa-dae by incurring Chongwa-dae’s hatred after he reported intelligence on the misconduct of the ambassador to Russia Woo Yoon-Keun, who is a man of actual power in current regime. The inspector Kim Tae-Woo argued that he drew up an inspection report which contained such suspicion that the ambassador Woo Yoon-Keun received 10 million won from a contractor, a man called Jang, in 2009 under the pretext of asking a favor of getting a job and recently gave the money back, and he reported it but was ignored, and to the contrary he was driven out of Chongwa-dae. Their inspection practice on pure private citizen in the manner of inquiry agency, which Kim Tae-Woo is disclosing day after day, is raising public indignation. According to the contents disclosed, liberty Korea party filed a complaint to the prosecution against the concerned officials in Chongwa-dae such as presidential chief secretary Im Jong-Sok, presidential secretary in civil affairs Cho-Gook, anti-corruption secretary Park Hyong-Chol and former chief of special inspection team Lee Yon-Geol on the charge of abuse of authority or neglect of duty. Especially, Im Jong-Sok is said to have taken no appropriate measure when he received the report on the suspicion relevant to ambassador Woo Yoon-Keun’s misconduct. Presidential secretary Cho-Gook, secretary Park and others are said to be under suspicion that they ordered illegal investigation on cyber money retention status of the figures who were in power in time of former President Noh Moo-Hyun, and on private enterprises like Airport Rail, etc..

The Duel in a Corral Between Moon Jae-In and Kim Tae-Woo

Now a duel fighting is on going between the inspector Kim Tae-Woo and Chongwa-dae. Chongwa-dae is trying to seal Kim’s mouth up by denouncing Kim to the prosecutory authorities on the charge of divulgence of a secret in the line of official duties, and the prosecution, after receiving the complaint from Liberty Korea Party, seized and searched the ‘special inspection team affiliated to presidential secretariat of civil and political affairs’ located in the extension of Chongwa-dae. While the spokesman of Chongwa-dae is attacking Kim Tae-Woo by mentioning ‘a mud fish’, ‘though being only a 6th-class civil servant’, Kim Tae-Woo is aiming a dagger at the neck of Moon Jae-In, Im Hong-Sok and Cho-Gook at the same time. How long can this kind of regime last in future? When the new year comes, all the people will swarm toward Chongwa-dae with stones in their hands. Though the prosecution played a petty trick to assign the case of Kim Tae-Woo to the Suwon prosecutors office and the other case of Chongwa-dae human wretches to the East Seoul prosecutors office, but the two will have to be merged into either of one to go through comprehensive investigation.

In accordance with the ‘sept. 19th Agreement on Military Field’, 10 GPs(Guard Posts) were completely destroyed. The Army commander ordered the units to preserve the wreckage as it is. Judicial Cases on the May 18th, Gwangju Court Robs Them Away to Perpetrate This Wicked Cheating

A group of 18 lawyers are the legal team of ‘countermeasure committee to Jee Man-Won’. They put out some of Gwangju city-Jeolla province people nowhere near enough to Gwangsoo at the front, and asked them to say, “You insist you are Gwangsoo”, “I can confirm I am the number so-and-so Gwangsoo with my naked eye”, and pushed them to the criminal and civil court coaching them to keep insisting. In the year 2009 when the act of brutality was prevailing on Internet, the Gwangju things brought an action against the four books of “The Dec. 12th and the May 18th seen through Investigation Records” written by me, and this case was transferred to AhnYang prosecutors office, and I was sentenced not guilty from all the courts of 1st, 2nd and the final court. The reason I was not caught to be taken to Gwangju at that time but was allowed to be on trial in Anyang was, not because Gwangju prosecutor had good conscience but because nearly 10 members of Jonsamo (gathering of those loving Jon Doo-Hwan) were accused together with me and most of the members were residents of Daekoo city, and also because Gwangju prosecutor was not able to draw them all far to Gwangju, he had to transfer the case of me to Ahnyang prosecutor office though he was so unwilling to do it. Therefore, this criminal lawsuit case of 2016, which total 25 individuals including Gwangju Catholic priests came out to file against me, has been on trial also in Seoul Central District Court for three years to accord with the continuity, and is expected to come to a conclusion early next year.

But speaking about civil actions, they robbed all of them to Gwangju. Civil lawsuit has two kind of cases. One is provisional disposition, and the other is compensation payment case. They raised lawsuits pleading for provisional disposition and compensation payment respectively for the cases of ‘Newstown extra’ and the picture book of “A Bill of Indictment, Images of the May 18th”. Gwangju has robed away all this four cases. The reason I use the word ‘rob’ is because the civil Procedure Law specifices solemnly that I am to be on trial in Seoul, but Gwangju trampled on the law to rob the cases away to Gwangju. The reason they rob them away even violating the law is clear, because it is self-evident that I would win if the case is on trial in Seoul. “Fraudulent judicial trial”! --There goes a saying that Chinese take internal organs out from the people who is standing with their eyes open. Gwangju lawyers team and Gwangju judges are the very racketeers of this kind. Let me take two examples which well explain why I have to use this violent language.

Shim Bok-Rye Is a Beldam in Her 80s from Haenam, and All the 14 Individuals Insisting to Be Gwangsoo Are Same to Shim Bok-Rye

Shim Bok-Rye is a beldam in her 80s living in Haenam. In the first trial, she insisted herself to be No.62 Gwagsoo, and was acknowledged as truth by chief judge Lee Chang-Han of Gwangju Court. Then about 20 days later, she changed her allegation like this, “That was wrong, I am not No.62 Gwangsoo, but No.139 Gwangsoo”, and the chief judge Kim Dong-Kyu of Gwangju Court also acknowledge it as truth. This was not a judicial court but only a flirting playground. No.62 Gwangsoo was actually a North Korean named Ree Ul-Sol standing among strong men who were holding rifles with them. Gwangju things might have thought that a country beldam of only 140 CM height looked quite awkward to be standing amid the strong young men carrying rifles with them, so they changed her to No.139 Gwangsoo. The No.139 Gwangsoo is a woman in the picture who was pretending to cry over a coffin holding it in the provincial building on May 23, 1980, and she was actually a North Korean Hong Il-Chon of Kim Jong-Il’s first wife.

By the way, the record of the ‘May 18th Memorial Foundation’ reveals that the date when she came up from Haenam and identified the body as her dead husband was May 30th. But still she insisted that she was crying over her husband’s coffin holding it on May 23. I presented to the court all the relevant material, and my lawyer turned on the video in the courtroom to let them confirm it. The seven judges, however, made decisions ordering me to pay 82 million won and 95 million won of compensation each, turning deaf ears to everything but admitting only that all the allegations Gwangju things made were 100 percent correct. What is the difference between the Chinese who set people upright and take their internal organs away and this kind of Gwangju thing? All the human wretches which came out to the lawsuit are substantially the same to Shim Bok-Rye. Racketeer is not a word too much severe for them, never.

The Judgement That Gwangju Judges Are The Best Image Analysis Experts

Gwangju judges are so ignorant to turn their deaf ears to everything. They insist that they are more brilliant image experts than Nosookja-Dahmnyo. -- “To the eye of me a judge, Nosookja-Dahmnyo’s analysis are poor ones. Judges are better experts. The judge took everything into consideration such as 1) the time the picture was taken 2) the place the picture was taken 3) the look of the eyes of the figure in the picture 4) facial shape 5) the posture of the figure 6) the clothes they were wearing 7) hair style, -- and the judge decides that the 9 facial images (14 in criminal case), marked as Gwangsoo, are all identical to the faces of plaintiffs”.-- They made this kind of judgement. In the judgement, the judge put see-through-mind sentences, which are so ignorant and causing scornful laughter indeed, that facial analysis is not suitable to be done by computerized facial recognition program but is better to be done by naked eyes of judges. The time the picture was taken? Does the facial image change different according to the time the picture was taken? Can they make a conversion of the time the picture was taken by computer program logic? The place the picture was taken? The look of eyes? Hairstyle? Anyone can wear a wig. Does short or long hair style function as a factor of facial image recognition? -- “A Gwangju judge myself is a deformed fool”,-- This human wretches, who give themselves the air of deformed fools, have robed me of Seoul cases, holding them to their breast, and are making an epileptic scene there.

They made this kind of judgement to make me pay nearly 200 million won. The moment they take our money, the human wretches will be struck by lightening. Please join me to keep fighting to see who will win at the end.
