전라도여 광주여, 양심 있는 사람 있다면 바로 지금 일어서라
광주사람들, 전라도 사람들은 북한과 그 동조집단에 두 번 속았다. 1980년대에는 김대중이 이끄는 주사파들에 속았다. 그들은 북한에서 침투해온 홍길동들이 동해 번쩍 서해 번쩍 날아다니며 저지른 폭동을 놓고 17-24세의 광주의 부나비들이 내란하려는 전두환에 대항해 싸운 영웅적인 민주화운동이었던 것으로 속아서 이해했다. 그들을 속인 인간들은 지금까지 국가를 사기 쳐 엄청난 세금을 탈취하고 거기에 빨대를 꽂고 사는 모리배들이다. 전라도-광주 사람들은 바로 이것을 모르고 그들의 장단에 춤을 추었다. 이제 많은 애국자들의 노력으로 인해 그들은 늦게나마 깨우치기 시작했다.

이 쐐기를 확대하여 아성을 허무는 것이 군사용어로 전과확대다. 가장 먼저 치고 나가야 하는 것은 “5.18 당사자 광주법원, 5.18재판에서 손 떼라”. 많은 국민들의 노력으로 “5.18유공자 명단 공개하라”는 구호는 전국에 많이 퍼졌다. 저들은 지금 이로 인해 많이 쫄아 있다. 공개하는 것은 시간문제다. 그것을 바탕으로 국민적 에너지를 하나로 결집하기 위해서는 아래 내용들을 공격의 내용으로 해야 할 것이다.
“이해당사자인 광주법원이 왜 전두환 재판을 광주로 강탈해 가느냐? 형사소송법 제4조와 제15조는 죽었느냐, 광주법원에 부역하는 대법관들은 광주가 키우는 양아치들이냐? 광주의 붉은 판사들아, 해남의 80대 노파는 제62광수도 되고 제139광수도 되는 것이냐? 남편 시신을 처음 본 날이 5월 30일인데 5월23일에 관을 붙잡고 운 여자가 심복례란 말이냐? 광주판사들 다 미쳤느냐, 이러려고 재판을 다 광주로 강탈해 갔더냐” 이런 짓 하려고 전두환 재판 광주로 끌고 갔느냐?“
형사소송법 제4조(토지관할) ①토지관할은 범죄지, 피고인의 주소, 거소 또는 현재지로 한다.

Gwangju citizen and Jealla province people, -- they have been deceived twice by North Korea and its sympathizer group. Article 15 of Criminal Procedure Code(Application of jurisdiction transference): The prosecutor can make application, if in the cases below, to its higher court for jurisdiction transference. The accused is also allowed for it.
