By now, 600th Gwangsoo‘s face has been identified. Though we acknowledge there could be 0.5-1.5 percent of misidentification caused by optical illusion by light and shade of black and white, the number of 600 is true for certain as we still have tens of Gwangsoo remained to be made public.

Now Dr. Jee Man-Won‘s theory of North Korean troops’ intervention in the Gwangju May 18th has become a substantial truth which no one can ever deny. This 600 of North Korean combat troops and maneuvering agents, whose faces are identified, are strong material proofs which even the judges of the Judiciary, who are siding with Gwangju organization, can never deny. Also it has become an indisputable material evidence that North Korean troops had intervened in the criminal scene which any prosecutor or policeman can never object however they take sides with Gwangju organizations in their investigation on this case.

 

Because of this material proofs of 600 individuals, no one of whoever collaborating with the May 18th such as journalists and news broadcasters, National Assembly members, governmental officials, defectors from North Korea and influential civilian, can ever deny the fact any more that North Korean troops had intervened into the May 18th. If they deny it in official circumstances or deny it through judicial judgement, through administrative decision, through bringing in an indictment or through broadcast for public opinion, they will all correspond to traitors against the country who are committing the crime of collaboration with enemy which comes under the article 93 of Criminal Law for which statute of limitation is still in progress.

 

As is generally known, crime of collaboration with an enemy is to be punished severely as dreadful crime for which only death penalty is regulated in the criminal law. That is, if anybody commit it, he will be executed by shooting of hanging immediately after being sentenced. This is to say that for those who are already on the name list because their criminal evidences are already collected, -- once their crimes are proved by their previous judicial judgement, decisions or actions, etc., they will be executed by hanging according to the result of judicial trial. From now on, whoever should make judicial judgement, administrative decision, news broadcasting, remark or action of official character which deny the fact of North Korean troops‘ intervention into the May 18th, no one will be able to get away with this crime of collaborating with the enemy.

2) North Korean textbook teaches that the May 18th was South Korea liberation war instructed by Kim Il-Sung.

 

3) Gwangju citizen had never attacked Gwangju prison. But according to official governmental documents, it was found out that Gwangju prison was attacked six times with actual firing by armed groups

 

4) 44 ordnance stores in 17 cities and counties in Gwangju and Junnam region were raided/robbed in just four hours

 

5) Among Gwangju citizen, there were no leaders who commanded the Gwangju incident. The leaders group, who were in the basement of Junnam provincial building, suddenly disappeared without trace as of May 24.

 

6) About 80 percent of Gwangju citizen who lost their lives were shot dead by carbine rifles which the armed rioters took from ordnance stores, and the citizen were killed in the place where martial law troops did not exist.

 

7) Those who were shot dead during the time of attack to Gwangju prison reached hundreds of numbers. Heungdok district in Chongju city is the place where they were buried secretly, from which Chongju human remains were exhumed. This 430 remains were smuggled out to North Korea by Kim Jong-Un‘s personal plain through the procedure of clearing off the Asian Games carried out by local agents after North Korea’s abrupt participation in Asian Games.

 

8) Defectors from North Korea who took part in the Gwangju May 18th are testifying the fact that North Korean troops had intervened.

 

9) The May 18th organizations and those who cooperated with the May 18th are afraid of the May 18th truth being disclosed, so they are all mobilized to obstruct Dr. Jee Man-Won from being selected as truth-finding committee member in the National Assembly

 

10) 600 North Korean faces taken into picture at the scene of Gwangju May 18th were identified. This picture images are material proofs of the scene that North Korean troops had intervened.
