황교안의 결정적 문제점:“전두환과 지만원을 증오한다”
메이저 언론들이 황교안을 띄운다. 아마도 그가 5.18을 지지하고 전두환과 지만원을 공격했기 때문일 것이다. 좌경 세계에 대한 공부가 지극히 모자라는 얼치기 우익들이 경거망동한다. 우익의 탈을 쓰고 간첩질 하는 사람들도 요란하다. 의견표명 수준으로 끝나는 것이 아니라 적극적인 작전을 편다. 5.18에 대해 지만원과 각을 세우는 자들이 가장 적극적으로 나선다.
하지만 나는 그가 당대표가 되어서는 안 되는 결정적인 이유를 아래와 같이 제시하고자 한다.
1. 우파통합의 개념이 그에겐 없다. 애국세력을 끌어안을 생각도 지휘할 능력도 없다. 황교안은 우익결집의 의미를 모른다. 겨우 한국당 의원들의 계파갈등을 해소하고 바른미래당과의 결합을 이룩하는 것이 우파통합의 전부라고 생각하고 있다. 스케일이 매우 왜소한 것이다. 진정한 의미의 우파통합은 문재인 정권을 타도하기 위한 거대한 세력을 형성하고, 그것을 리드해야 하는 것이다. 그런데 김진태와는 달리, 황교안은 애국세력과 힘을 합쳐야 한다는 말을 한 번도 하지 않았다. 그런 모습을 보여준 적도 없다. 애국세력을 리드할 수 있는 그 어떤 리더십도 보여준 바 없다.
2. 황교안은 5.18호위 세력이다. 첫째, 전두환 재산몰수에 전투적으로 임했다. 전두환을 5.18민주화의 적으로 규정하고 증오한 것이다. 둘째 지만원을 역사왜곡자로 규정하고 엄벌할 것이라 천명했다. 전두환과 지만원만 죽이면 이 나라는 5.18이 지배하는 5.18공화국이 되고 적화통일이 되는 것이다. 이런 의미에서 황교안은 매우 위험한 존재가 아닐 수 없다. 이 하나의 위험성은 수백 가지의 결점을 합친 위험성보다 더 위험한 것이다.
“5.18역사왜곡에 대해 철저히 수사하겠습니다” “전두환 전대통령의 미납 추징금에 대해 국민들이 추징의사가 없는 것으로 의심을 안 하셔도 됩니다. 철저히 추징하겠습니다. 2010년 마지막 추징 이후 검찰전담팀이 지속적으로 노력하지만 숨겨진 재산을 찾지 못했습니다. 금년 10월이 집행시효 만기인데 이를 넘기지 않도록 최선을 다해 국민 걱정 덜어드릴 것입니다.”
3. 황교안은 5.18에 관한한, 민주주의 근간인 공론의 시장을 폐쇄할 것이라 공표했다. 정부의 판단과 다른 그 어떤 의견도 표현해서는 안 된다 하였다. 이 발언은 그가 법무장관일 때 한 발언이다 민주주의의 근간은 공론의시장이다. 공론의 시장을 제한하는 것은 전체주의적 독재다. 일국의 법무장관의 자리에 있는 사람이 이런 반민주적인 발언을 했다는 것은 그가 민주주의를 부정할 수 있는 사람이라는 것을 의미한다. 5.18에 대해서는 절대로 다른 이론을 내놓지 말라는 황교안의 발언은 절대로 그냥 지나칠 일이 아니다.
4. 황교안은 2017년 4월 3일 대통령권한대행으로 제주도에 가서 제주4.3폭동을 정당화했다. 4.3폭동은 선이고,이승만과 군정이 악이라 한 것이다.
5. 황교안은 병역미필자다. 이는 무슨 이유로든 떳떳할 수수 없다. 수많은 미필자들이 국민들로부터 욕을 듣는다. 황교안은 자기만은 예외이니 믿어달라 한다. 이런 변명이 더 사람을 초라하게 만드는 것이다.

Major news organizations repute Hwang Kyo-Ahn high. Perhaps that’s because he supported the May 18th and attacked Jon Doo-Hwan and Jee Man-Won. Half-trained rightists who are far lack of study on leftist world are committing rash and thoughtless action. Those who wear rightist mask and conduct espionage activities are also clamorous. They don’t stop at expressing their opinion but go further to do positive operation. Those who stay contrary to Jee Man-Won concerning the May 18th are coming out most actively.
But I would like to present some decisive reason as below why he should not be made to a Representative of Liberty Korea Party
He doesn’t have the conception of making unification of rightists. He has neither an intention to embrace patritric power nor the ability to command them.
Hwang Kyo-Ahn doesn’t know the meaning of all-out concentration of rightists. He thinks it everything of making integration of rightists that he help to solve the conflicts between factions in Liberty Korea Party members and to achieve unification with Rightful Future Party. His scale is very dwarfish. Making integration of rightists in true sense means that one has to form a large power in order to overthrow Moon Jae-In regime, and take the lead of it. But different from Kim Jin-Tae, Hwang has never said that he wants to unite with patriotic power. He has never showed any movement for it. He has never showed any leadership capable of leading patriotic power.
Hwang Kyo-Ahn is one of the May 18th protecting power.
Firstly, he took combatant measure for the matter of confiscating Jon Doo-Hwan’s property. He defined Jon Doo-Hwan as a enemy to the May 18th democratization and hated him. Secondly, he defined Jee Man-Won as history distorter, and declared he will put severe punishment on Jee. If Jon Doo-Hwan and Jee Man-Won get killed, this country will be made to the May 18th Republic which will be reigned by the May 18th power, and will be falling into communized unification. In this meaning, Hwang is none other than the very dangerous being. This single property of danger is more dangerous than the danger combined with hundreds of other defects. What he previously said was as below.
“The prosecution will make thorough investigation on the distortion of the May 18th history”.
“As to the matter of additional collection in arrears from the former President Jon Doo-Hwan, the people don’t have to be suspicious that the Prosecution has no intention to collect it. We will take measure to collect it completely. The prosecution has been making continuous efforts since the last collection in the year 2010, but failed to find out hidden assets. Considering that the enforcement limitation expires in October this year, we will do our best not to pass through it and give relief to national anxiety.”
Hwang Kyo-Ahn officially announced that he would close the market of public opinion which is one of the basic principles of democracy
He made this utterance when he was the Minister of Justice. Basis of democracy is the free market of public opinion. Putting limitation on this free market of public opinion is what only totalitarian despotic states are doing. The fact that a politician in the position of the Minister of Justice uttered this kind of anti-democratic remark means that he is a man who can deny democracy. Hwang Kyo-Ahn’s remark that no one is ever allowed to put out different theory concerning the May 18th is not a trivial matter for us to pass by for nothing.
Hwang Kyo-Ahn went to Jeju province as an acting President on April 3, 2017, and justified the April 3rd riot.
He meant to confirm that the April 3rd riot was the good, and that Lee Seung-Man and the military government at that time were the evil.
Hwang Kyo-Ahn is a person who has not completed his military duty.
This is not honorable in any reason. Lots of persons who have not completed military duty are hearing abusive language from the people. Hwang asks them to believe him as he was the only rightful exemption. This excuse is making the person look more shabby.
