     미-북회담 결렬을 환영하는 이유

 

다른 대부분의 평론가들과는 달리 나는 트럼프를 천재라고 평가했다. 오늘의 미-북회담 결과도 천재의 작품이라고 생각한다. 오늘 미-북회담이 파국을 맞은 것은 1석 3조의 효과를 냈다. 시진핑과 김정은과 문재인 3인을 동시에 제압한 것이기 때문이다. 우선 오늘 밤 문재인을 포함한 빨갱이들이 잠을 못 잘 것이다. 이 하나만으로 나는 행복하다. 종전선언만 하면 휴전선이라는 운동장을 넘어 북한군 20 만명이 민간복을 입고 아무런 장애물 없이 넘어와 남한 빨갱이들과 섞여 주한미군 철수 폭동을 일으키려 했는데 이 야심 찬 계획이 수포로 돌아갔다. 이 얼마나 다행한 일인가.

 

트럼프는 이제까지 북핵을 중국 붕괴전략의 유일한 명분으로 사용해왔다. 북핵이 있어야 중국을 때릴 수 있는 명분이 생기는 것이다. 트럼프는 아마 이번에 “너 미국 품에 안길래, 중국 품에 안길래?” 최후통첩을 했을 것이다. “북한을 베트남처럼 잘 살게 해줄 것이다. 그것도 빨리” 김정은의 머리가 아둔했다. 결국 트럼프는 세계인은 알아듣고 김정은은 알아들을 수 없는 말을 던진 것이다.

 

미국 품에 안기려면 모든 전략무기를 포기해야 한다. 하지만 시진핑과 문재인의 간신질에 놀아난 김정은은 “얻는 거 없이 그럴 수는 없다” 잔머리를 굴렸을 것이다. 계산의 스케일이 협소했을 것이다. 트럼프는 바로 이 대답을 기다렸을 것이다. 그리고 회담을 깬 것이다.

 

반면 미국에서는 트럼프를 배신한 코헨의 집요한 공작으로 인해 민주당과 언론들로부터 쓰나미와 같은 공격을 당하고 있다. 트럼프는 이대로 2-3개월을 기다리기가 어렵게 됐다. 트럼프에게 남은 길은 전쟁일 것이다. 트럼프가 이 입장을 모를 리 없다. 그는 우리들보다 더 빠르다. 트럼프가 처한 막다른 골목. 이것이 우리나라 국운에 도움이 된다는 것이다.

 

1980년의 광주사태, 최규하가 5.25.에 광주 전교사(전투교육사령부) 사령부에 내려와 계엄사령관 이희성에게 물었다. “광주를 수복하는 작전을 펴면 몇 명의 시민들이 사망하겠느냐?” 계엄사 작전참모 김재명은 150명이라고 대답했다. 그런데 5월 27일 새벽, 수복작전을 편 결과 이 예측치의 10% 정도인 17명만 사망했다. 많은 전문가들이 한반도에서 전쟁이 나면 수십만이 죽을 것이라고 겁을 주지만 내가 생각하기에는 북한이 선제 TOT 가격을 당하면 과연 단 1발의 의미 있는 반격을 가할 수 있겠는가, 이런 생각을 한다.

 

이 대한민국에서 6.25참전자들 말고, 과연 나처럼 전쟁 개념, 전투개념, 전쟁심리를 많이 이해하는 사람은 아마 없을 것 같다. 대학교수? 장군? 전투리더십 경험? 미국장교들과의 소통? 나는 장담한다. 나만큼 이런 분야에 해박한 판단을 할 사람 없을 것이라고 생각한다. 전쟁경험과 응용수학으로 무장된 나의 판단만큼 전쟁의 심리와 메커니즘을 판단할 수 있는 사람은 없을 것이라고 감히 장담한다. “지 혼자 잘났다?” 그거는 도토리끼리나 할 수 있는 말이다. 그런데 나는 도토리가 아니다. 나는 혼자 잘났을 밖에 없는 것이다. 이 공간에서는 Modest, ‘겸양’이라는 미덕이 끼어들어서는 안 되는 공간이다.

 

1) 나는 전쟁만이 해결책이라는 것을 논리적 소신으로 견지해왔다. 2) 나는 트럼프를 천재라고 생각해왔다 3) 한반도 전쟁은 천재성을 지닌 미국대통령이라야 결심할 수 있다 4) 여기에 더해 미국 내 정치 쓰나미에서 트럼프가 살아남을 수 있는 유일한 선택이 전쟁이다.

 

이 4가지 요소를 종합해 보면 우리는 우리가 가장 무서워해왔던 “적화통일”의 함정에서 벗어날 수 있다는 생각을 한다. 그래서 오늘 나는 매우 기뻐하는 것이다.

 

The Reason Why I Welcome the Rupture of US-North Korea Talks

 

Different than many commentators, I evaluated Trump as a genius. I think the result of US-North Korea talks today is also a work of the genius. The collapse of US-North Korea talks today has trifle effect (of catching three birds with one stone), because Trump gained supremacy over the three men Shi Jin-Ping, Kim Jong-Un and Moon Jae-In simultaneously. I am happy with only this three reasons. If declaration of Ending the War is once made, more than 200 thousands of North Korean troops in civilian clothes were going to cross over the playground of truce line which has no obstacle in it, mix with local Reds in the South, and to raise riots asking for withdrawal of American forces in the South, but now all their ambitious plan have come to nothing. What a good fortune it is for us.

 

Trump has been using North Korean nuclear weapon as a unique cause to his strategy to collapse China. It is the presence of North Korean nuclear weapon that gives Trump the cause to beat China. Perhaps Trump gave final notice this time, -- “Where are you going to come and nestle in, the US or China” “I will make you live well like Vietnam, and that fast.” Kim Jong-Un had a stupid brain. After all, Trump has thrown a word which all people in the world can understand but Kim Jong-Un can not understand.

 

If Kim is to come and nestle in the US, he will have to give up all strategic weapons. Bun since Kim Jong-Un has been playing into Shi Jin-Ping’s and Moon Jae-In’s hands, he seemed to have tried to pull a stunt, “I can not do that without getting anything”. The scale of his calculation might have been too narrow. Trump seemed to have been waiting for this reply, and he broke up the negotiation talks.

 

On the other hand in America, because of M. Cohen’s persistent maneuver who betrayed Trump, Trump is suffering tsunami attack from Democratic Party and journalism. He is now in critical situation hard to wait for another two or three months. What’s left for trump to take might be the way to a war. Trump has no reason not to know this position. He is faster than us. The blind alley to which trump has come, I mean this is helpful to our national fortunes.

 

The Gwangju Incident in 1980;  Acting President Choi Kyu-Ha at that time came down to Combat Education Command in Gwangju and asked Lee Hee-Sung, Commander of Martial Law Army, “How many citizen are estimated to be killed when the Army carry out the operation to recover Gwangju?” The operation staff officer Kim Jae-Myong answered it would be 150 citizens. But after the recovery operation started from the dawn on May 17, the result was found out to be only 17 citizen, 10 percent of the estimation. Many experts are scaring the people that hundreds of thousand are estimated to be killed if war break out in Korean peninsula. But I think that, if North Korea is hit by preemptive TOT(Time on Target) strike, will they really be able to make even one round of significant counterattack to us?

 

Probably there is no one in South Korea who can understand war conception, battle conception and war psychology so much like me except the June 25th war participants. Professors? Generals? Experience in combat leadership? Communication with American officers? Let me dare to guarantee. I think there is no one who can make erudite judgement in this field like me. I dare to assure you that there is no one who can make judgement on war psychology and war mechanism as well as I do who is well armed with war experience and applied mathematics. -- “Are you born distinguished alone?” -- It is what is said only between the same level of acorns (where no one is outstanding). But I am not an acorn. There is no one but me who has to be born distinguished. This is a space where the virtue of ‘Modesty’ are not allowed to squeeze into.

 

1) I maintained firmly my logical belief that war is the only solution to current problem. -- 2) I’ve been thinking that Trump is a genius. -- 3) Only the President of the US who has a touch of a genius can make up his mind on the war in Korean peninsula. -- 4) Adding to this, the only choice Trump can make to survive political tsunami in America is a war.

 

Taking this four elements into integral consideration, I think we can get out from the trap of ‘communized unification’ which we were so fearful of. That’s why I am so pleased with the news today.
