학문 짓밟는 정권에 저주 있기를
한수원(한국수력원자력)에 중앙연구원이 있다. 지난 연말, 한 팀의 연구원 5명이 ‘탈원전 부작용’에 대해 연구보고서를 냈다고 한다. 보도들에 의하면 여기에는 전기요금이 최소 15%, 최대 56%까지 상승할 수 있다는 수리공학적 분석 내용이 들어 있는 모양이다. 이는 문재인 정부가 인정한 ‘탈원전 전기료 인상’ 10.9%에 비해 높은 수치다.
문재인 말에 연구결과 안 맞춰줬다고 징계
눈으로 보지는 않았지만 아마 이 연구자료는 사전에 새나갔을 것이고, 이것이 청와대 분노를 샀을 것이다. 청와대는 그의 졸개 한수원 사장에게 경고음을 발했을 것이다. 나도 국책 연구소에서 연구생활을 했기 때문에 이런 문화 아주 잘 안다. 배가 떨어지는 바로 그 순간, 까마귀가 날았다. 한수원 사장이 중앙연구원장을 좌천시켰다. 이어서 낙하산들이 나섰다. 감사실 요원들이다. 이들은 연구원들을 불러다 마치 검사처럼 딱딱거렸을 것이다. 그리고 연말보고서(2018)에 관련된 연구원 5명에 대해 감봉, 견책,경고 초치를 요구했다. 배워먹지 못한 철면피들이 벌이는 병신 육갑질이다.

연구는 학문의 영역이다. 이 세상에 완전무결한 연구는 없다. 아무리 훌륭한 연구를 해도 찬과 반이 있다. 따라서 연구결과는 그것을 소화할 수 있는 능력만큼만 효과를 낸다. 연구결과를 놓고 감사관들이 평가하는 것도 야만, 거기에 징계를 때리는 것은 더 야만, 배우지 못한 놈들이나 저지를 수 있는 만행이다. 민주주위의 뿌리는 다양성이다. 정치가 학문을 지배하는 것은 전체주의이지 민주주의가 아니다. 국가와 사회는 창의력과 학문으로 발전한다. 연구는 창의역과 발전의 원동력이다. 이것을 정치가 탄압한다? 미친 잡놈들.
저승사자는 이 바쁜 시기에 뭐하고 엎어져 잠만 자는가?
학문을 지배하려 들고 학문을 유린하는 이 나라는 미친 나라 야만의 나라다. 학문을 정치에 예속시키는 만행 그 자체만으로 문재인과 그 패거리들은 천벌을 받아야 할 것이다. 이와 같이 탄압한다면 학교가 무슨 소용 있고 연구가 무슨 소용 있는가? 이 바쁜 날 지옥을 지키는 귀신들은 엎어져 잠만 자고 있는 것인가? 이런 버러지들 빨리 잡아가지 않고.

Research belongs to the realm of scientific learning. There is no research which can attain perfect faultlessness in the world. Even the most remarkable research has ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ to it. Thus, research result can produce effects as mush as the society‘s ability which can digest it. It was barbarity that the inspectors dared to do appraisal on the research result, and it was more barbarious that they put disciplinary punishment on the researchers, -- this was a barbarous act which only uneducated lower-class wretches could be committing. Root of democracy is diversity. The society in which political regime rules over scientific learning is totalitarianism, not democracy. A State and a society makes its development by creativity and scientific learning. Research is the momentum/driving force of creativity and development. Does political regime dare to oppress it? They are surely crazy and dissolute wretches.
What Are the Messengers from Hell Doing Now in This Busy Hours, Only to Lie Down and Sleep?
This country which tries to rule over scientific learning and trample it down is a crazy and barbarous country. Because of the barbarity itself in which they subordinate scientific learning to political regime, Moon Jae-In and his gang shall have to be punished by Heaven. What use the schools might be of and what use the research institutes might be of if they keep oppressing them like this? Are the messengers from Hell only lying down and sleeping doing nothing in this busiest days? Why don‘t they catch and drag these insects to the Hell quick right now?
