      최선희 발언의 의미와 파장

 

   최선희 외무부상, 3.15(일) 외신기자회견

 

“우리는 미국의 요구에 어떤 형태로든 양보할 의사가 없다. 미국은 지난달 김정은 국무위원장과 도널드 트럼프 대통령 간 하노이 정상회담에서 황금 같은 기회를 날렸다. 북한은 미국이 북한의 조치에 상응하는 조치를 취하지 않으면 타협하거나 대화를 계속할 의향이 없다. 정치적 계산을 바꿀 것이다. 김정은 국무위원장이 하노이 2차 조⋅미(북⋅미) 정상회담 이후 북한의 향후 행동계획을 담은 공식성명을 곧 발표할 것이다. 핵·미사일 모라토리엄(실험 중단)을 유지할지 안할지 국무위원장이 결정할 것이고, 짧은 시간에 결정을 내릴 것이다."

 

하노이 회담이 결렬되고, 공이 북한으로 넘어 간지 보름 만에 되던진 공이다. 한마디로 조심스러운 저항이라 할 수 있다. 이 공은 미국에 날리는 공인가 아니면 문재인에 날리는 공인가? 그것이 분석의 핵심이다,

 

     트럼프 전략구도에서 차지하는 북핵

 

문재인 당선 이래 김정은과 문재인은 서로 야합하여 트럼프를 놀려왔다. 트럼프는 기분을 다쳐 가면서도 노는 꼴들을 지켜보았다. 바보라서가 아니라 전략적이었다. 그래서 꼬이는 배알을 달래면서 참아 주었던 것이다. 어차피 북핵은 미국에게 그리 큰 물건이 아니다, 트럼프 눈에 비친 북핵은 중국에 공격을 가하는데 활용할 유일무이한 명분이었다. 중국이 감히 G2라는 프레임을 짜놓고 미국의 패권지위를 넘보았다. 건방지게도 사사건건 미국에 도전했다. 이런 중국을 과감하게 타격할 수 있는 배포를 가진 사람은 오직 트럼프, 중국을 미국이 원하는 것만큼 약화시키려면 여러 해가 필요하다. 따라서 북핵은 여러 해 동안 존재해야 한다. 북한이 시간을 끌어 줄수록 트럼프에게는 유리한 것이다. 

        트럼프의 용단

 

미국에 트럼프 한 사람만 존재한다면 트럼프는 오래도록 김정은과 문재인이 벌이는 놀음을 한참 동안 관망할 수 있었다. 하지만 미국의 정치거물 계에는 이런 트럼프의 거대한 전략을 이해하지 못하는 인간들이 너무 많다, 이런 정치인들이 트럼프를 괴롭힌다. 트럼프가 위험에 빠질 수 있다. 따라서 트럼프는 이들이 유발시킬 수 있는 위험한 국면도 회피해야 한다. 그래서 이번 하노이 회담에서 그는 미국 정치인들이 좋아할 판도를 짰다. 김정은-문재인에게는 지극히 불행하게도 그들은 생각보다 매우 빠르게 쥐덫에 갇히게 된 것이다.  

 

“김정은, 너 미국을 속이고 있지? 미국 대통령은 속이는 자와 회담 못해, 양자 중 하나를 택해, 중간은 없어. 핵을 안고 죽던가, 핵을 포기하고 미국 품에 안기든가.” 

 

미국 정치인들의 맘에 쏙 들게 김정은을 쥐덫에 가둔 것이다.

 

      김정은의 딜레마

 

중간 지대에 트럼프를 끌어들여 트럼프를 요리하려 했던 김정은과 문재인, 개박살이 났다. 이제 김정은은 양자택일 프레임에 갇혀 있다. 핵을 포기하고 미국진영으로 넘어가자니, 중국의 암살, 군부의 암살, 일부 주민들의 비난이 폭발할 것이고, 핵을 안고 가자니 미국의 경제봉쇄와 군사공격이 무섭다. “To do or not to do” 겁 없이 놀던 김정은이 비극의 주인공 햄릿의 신세가 된 것이다.

 

미국의 정치인들과 언론들이 트럼프를 이해하려면 시간이 걸리듯이, 북한의 군부와 주민들이 김정은을 이해하려면 많은 시간이 걸릴 것이다. 트럼프는 이번 하노이 판도로 미국의 정치인들과 언론들로부터의 생존 기간을 앞 당겼지만, 김정은에게는 그런 앞당김의 소재가 없다. 불운의 김정은~

 

아마도 그는 이렇게 생각할 것이다. “나는 미국의 손아귀에서 절대 벗어날 수 없다. 중국도 허수아비다. 중국은 겨우 한다는 짓이 내 언 발에 오줌만 뿌려주는 치사한 존재다. 겪어보니 미국이 진득하고 크다. 종국적으로는 미국의 품으로 가야 한다. 그런데 당장 그렇게 하면 나는 암살당한다, 시간이 필요하다. 많이 굶어 죽으면 그것을 구실로 미국의 품에 안길 수 있다. 내가 살자면 길은 오로지 이 한길 뿐이다. 시간이 필요하다, 시간이” 주군은 고민하고 있는데 부하라는 것들이 주군의 얼굴만 쳐다 볼 수는 없는 일 아닌가? 시간이라도 벌어드리자, 이게 바로 최선희의 외신 회견이다. 그렇다면 최선희는 누구 들으라고 이 소리를 냈는가?

 

     미북회담 결렬은 문재인에 사형선고

 

문재인은 종전선언 이끌어 내서 날치기식 적화통일 이룩하려 했다. 5.18을 민주화운동으로 확정시켜 헌법전문에 집어넣고 우리 헌법을 인민헌법으로 고쳐 북한광수 남한주사파 어울려 은근슬쩍 적화통일을 획책하려 했다. 그런데 지난 2.27 하노이 회담 결렬로 코가 쭉 빠졌다.

 

하노이 회담 결과 한국사회의 분위기는 역전됐다. 이제 에너지는 우익진영으로 이동했다. 숙청당했던 우익들, 인민독재에 치를 떨었던 우익진영에 막강한 에너지가 생긴 것이다. 문재인과 임종석은 중동에 도피 장소가 마련돼 있을지 모른다. 이제 곧 이 한국에도 후진국에서 일어났던 재스민 혁명이 분출되어 저 인간들을 카다피, 후세인이 있는 곳으로 보낼지 모른다.

 

     최선희 메시지, 문재인 이 개짜샤, 뭐 좀 해 보라구

 

최선희의 말을 미국이 들으면 가소로울 것이다. 동물이 죽을 때 마지막으로 자율신경을 파르르 떨고 죽듯이 최선희가 보낸 증상이 바로 파르르 현상이라 분석할 것이다. 이 최선희의 말에 초죽음이 돼 있을법한 인간들이 바로 문재인과 임종석일 것이다. 두 인간들은 아마 오늘 밤 입이 돌아가는 와사병에 걸릴 수도 있다.

 

문재인은 트럼프에 전화질도 할 수 없다. 아마도 빨갱이들의 요청에 못 이기는 체하면서 북한에 특사를 보낼 것이다. 또 임종석이 가겠지. 그런 구실로 임종석이 북에 눌러 앉으려 할 수도 있겠지. 하지만 그건 김정은이 용서하지 않아. 이 두 인간은 이미 용도가 폐기된 쓰레기들이지, 걸리적거리는 존재일 뿐이야. 아마 간첩의 굴레를 씌워 박헌영처럼 사형시킬 것이야. 김정은은 아마 마지막까지 문재인 임종석을 써먹을 거야. 그 다음은 남한의 우익들에게 까마귀밥으로 내줄 것이야. 에휴~ 나는 요새 부리도 성치 않은데.

 

Choi Sun-Hee’s Announcement, Its Meaning and Aftermath

 

Foreign Minister Choi Sun-Hee, Held A Foreign Press Conference on March 15 (Friday)

 

“We do not have any intention to concede to the demands of America in any form. America wasted a golden opportunity in Hanoi Summit Talks between chairman of National Affairs Kim Jong-Un and President Donald Trump. North Korea has no intention to make a compromise or continue conversation until America take measures corresponding to North Korean measure. We will change political calculation. Chairman Kim Jong-Un will soon announce official statement on North Korea’s future action plan following the 2nd North Korea-US summit talks. About the matter on whether to keep the moratorium (suspension of testing) of nuclear/missile or not, Chairman of National Affairs will make decision, and that in short hours.”

 

They threw back this ball in 15 days since the ball was sent to North Korea with the rupture of Hanoi Talks. In a word, it can be said as a cautious resistance. Whom are they sending this ball to, America or Moon Jae-In? That’s the key point of this analysis.

 

The Place North Korea Nuclear Weapon Holds in Trump’s Strategy

 

Since the start of Moon Jae-In’s regime, Kim Jong-Un and Moon Jae-In formed a sole view and have been making fun of Trump. Trump has been watching them being given to play despite he got hurt his feelings not because he was a fool but because it was his strategy. That’s why he has been putting up with it calming down his feeling vexed with them. At any rate, North Korean Nuclear weapon is not so great matter to America. The North Korean nuclear weapon, falling on Trump’s eyes, was the only justifiable cause for him to use to attack China. China dared to work out G2 frame to have their sight over America’s supremacy. They had the impertinence to challenge America at every chance. The man who has iron nerves to strike this China undauntedly is only Trump. It will take several years to weaken China to such degree as America wants. So North Korean Nuke matter should keep existing for years. The longer North Korea drag time on, the more advantageous it is to Trump.

 

Trumps’ Courageous Decision

 

If there in only one man of Trump in America, he could have waited a little longer and see the good time which Kim Jong-Un and Moon Jae-In are playing to have. But in political circle in America, there are too many big political figures who do not understand Trump’s giant strategy like this. These politicians are treating Trump harshly, and Trump is likely to get in danger because of them. So Trump has to evade dangerous situation which these politicians might bring about. That’s why he worked out a scheme which American politicians would be fond of. To a great misfortune to Kim Jong-Un and Moon Jae-In, they became to be shut up in a rattrap far earlier than their expectation.

 

“Hey Kim Jong-Un, you have been deceiving America, haven’t you? American President can not keep talks with a liar. You choose between the two, whether you die embracing nuclear weapon or you come and nestle in the arms of America giving up your nuclear weapon.”

 

He has shut up Kim Jong-Un in a rattrap to complete satisfaction of American politicians.

 

Kim Jong-Un’s Dilemma

 

Kim Jong-Un and Moon Jae-In were trying to drag Trump into neutral zone and cook(defeat) him easily, but they are totally destroyed. Now Kim Jong-Un is trapped in a frame of having to choose between the two. In case he give up nuclear weapon and go over to American camp, he is afraid of possible assassination by China of his military power, and some people’s criticism is expected to explode, and in case he go on embracing nuclear weapon, he is afraid of economic blockade and military attack by the U.S -- “To do or not to do”, -- Kim Jong-Un who had been playing fearlessly has now reduced to a sad lot of Hamlet, the protagonist of a tragedy.

 

As it takes much time for American politicians and journalism to understand Trump, so will it do for North Korean military power and people to understand Kim Jong-Un. Trump moved up his survival period ahead by far from American politicians and journalism taking the opportunity of Hanoi scheme this time, but Kim Jong-Un had no substantials to move up something like what Trump had done. What a bad luck to Kim Jong-Un ~~

 

Perhaps he thinks that, “I can never get out of the power of Trump’s grip. China is only a scarecrow. They are no more than a shameless being, doing their best only to piss a little over my frozen feet. After having experienced them, I found out that America is staid and broad-minded. I have to go to America after all. But if I do so right now, I will be assassinated. I need much time. If many people starve to death, then I can come and nestle in the arms of America making an excuse for that. This is the only way for me to survive. I need time, yeh, the time”. While their lord is in this agony, the so-called subjects can not only keep looking on the lord’s face, can they? They’d better earn even a bit of time for him. This is the very reason why Choi Sun-Hee held the foreign press conference. If so, to whom did Choi Sun-Hee make this announcement to hear?

 

The Rupture of US-North Korea Talks, A Death Sentence to Moon Jae-In

 

Moon Jae-In was trying to rush into communized unification by surprise by drawing declaration of ending the war. He was scheming to make communized unification, by concluding that the May 18th was a democratization movement and putting it into preamble of the Constitution, by revising current Constitution into people’s Constitution, and together with the mingled group of North Korean Gwangsoos and South Korean Joosapa. But because of the rupture of Hanoi Talks on February 27, his nose got into the saddest plight.

 

The result of Hanoi Talks has reversed the battle-like atmosphere of Korean society. Now social energy has been moved in favor of rightist’s camp. Mighty energy has come into being among the purged rightists, among the rightists camps who were grinding their teeth with indignation on people’s despotism. Moon Jae-In and Im Jong-Sok might have prepared a place of refuge in Middle East. Probably Jasmin revolution, which started in underdeveloped countries, might also erupt in Korea, and send those human wretches to the place where M. Gaddafi and S. Hussein are now.

 

Choi Sun-Hee’s Message, Moon Jae-In, You Son of a Bitch, Do Something You Can

 

The U.S may think it highly ridiculous if they heard Choi Sun-Hee speaking. Just like the animals trembling their autonomic nerve for the last time before death when they die, the symptom that Choi Sun-Hee sent in her announcement can be analyzed as this trembling phenomenon. The two human wretches who might already be half-killed by Choi Sun-Hee’s announcement is exactly Moon Jae-In and Im Jong-Sok. This two poor wretches may get mouth-twist illness tonight.

 

Moon Jae-In can not even do the act of making phone call to Trump. Perhaps he will send a special envoy to North Korea pretending that he could not win against the request of the local Reds. Probably he will send Im Jong-Sok there. Maybe Im Jong-Sok will try to continue to stay there in North Korea, but Kim Jong-Un will not forgive him for that. This two human wretches are now trash only that were already done away with. They are only obstructive beings getting in his way. Maybe he will execute them like Park Hon-Yong charging them falsely with a crime of being agent. Perhaps Kim Jong-Un will use Moon Jae-In and Im Jong-Sok to the last moment. And then he will give them away to the rightists in South Korea as prey for a flock of crows. Phew~~ my beak happens to be not in good condition these days.
