    대한민국 국민에, 북한군 침략사실을 신고합니다.

 

저는 2002년부터 현재까지 만 18년 동안 5.18에 대해 진실을 연구했고, 그 연구결과를 평균 400쪽 짜리 책 9권에 모두 수록했습니다. 연구는 문헌연구와 영상연구 두 개 분야로 진행했습니다.

 

      북한군 침략사실, 완전무결하게 밝혀낸 문헌연구

 

문헌연구는 주로 18만 쪽에 이르는 수사기록과 재판기록, 북한문헌, 통일부 자료, 전남대 자료 등을 토대로 하여 수행되었습니다. 문헌연구 결과, 저는 북한이 만능인간으로 훈련시킨 특수공작요원 600명을 광주에 파견시켜 광주시민으로서는 물론 국군 최고의 정예부대라 해도 수행할 수 없는 기적 같은 고단위 특공작전을 수행케 한 사실을 밝혀냈습니다. 아울러 전남 18개 시-군에서 동시다발적으로 발생한 20만 시위대를 조직한 사람도 한국에는 없고, 특공작전과 시위작전을 지휘한 지휘자가 한국에는 없다는 사실도 밝혀냈습니다.

 

     그 자체로 완전무결한 “5.18분석 최종보고서”

 

이 연구결과를 2014년 10월, “5.18분석 최종보고서”에 일목요연하게 담았습니다. 이로부터 8개월이 지난 이후에 새롭게 진행된 영상연구가 없다 해도 “5.18분석 최종보고서”만을 가지고도 저는 5.18을 북한군이 주도한 게릴라전이었다는 사실을 그 어떤 의문도 제기할 수 없을 정도로 완벽하게 밝혀냈음을 자신 있게 생각하면서 이 책을 “북한군 침략사실 신고서”로 온 국민들께 제출하는 바입니다.

이후 진행된 영상 연구에 대해서는 많은 국민들이 영상과학기술의 현주소를 알지 못하고 있는 이유로, 일부 적극적인 반대자들이 흑색 선동을 하는 등 영상 분야에 익숙하지 못한 다수 국민을 선동하고 있는 이유로, 좀 더 많은 시일을 공론의 장에서 각축하도록 양보할 것입니다. 따라서 ‘5.18영상고발’이라는 화보책은 오늘의 신고서에서 일단 제외합니다. 일각에서는 제가 광수를 근거로 하여 600명이 왔다고 주장한다며 허위 선전을 합니다. 하지만 600명 침투 결론은 2014년 10월의 결론이며, 2015년 5월부터 시작된 영상분석과는 아무 관계가 없습니다.

 

  “5.18분석 최종 보고서”가 대국민 간첩 신고서입니다.

 

“5.18분석 최종 보고서”에는 1980년 5월 북괴가 선전포고 없이 게릴라부대를 침투시킨 사실이 증명돼 있습니다. 저는 600명의 게릴라공작 부대가 저지른 작전내용들을 군상황일지와 수사기록들을 수학적으로 분석해 정리하였습니다. 전두환 시대에는 수많은 수사관들이 있었지만 그들에게는 수학이 없었고, 게릴라와의 전쟁 경험이 없었지만 지만원에는 그것들이 있었습니다. 여기까지는 증거로 뒷받침된 팩트입니다.

 

그 목적과 침투로에 대한 것은 제가 군사전문가 자격으로 판단한 내용들입니다. 그들의 침투목적은 전라도와 대한민국 사이를 이간질 시켜 전라도폭동을 야기하고, 이를 전국으로 파급시킴으로써 남침의 전기를 마련하려는 것으로 위 보고서에 판단돼 있습니다. 그러나 여기에서 중요한 것은 판단이 아니고 사실 즉 팩트입니다. 1) 만능으로 훈련된 특수공작 요원 600명(상황일지, 검찰 수사결과에 명시)이 광주에서 세계 최고수준의 특공작전을 수행한 사실과 그 특공작전 내용들이 명시돼 있고 2) 시위를 조직한 사람, 지휘한 사람이 한국 땅에는 없었다는 사실이 밝혀져 있습니다. 이 두 개의 사실을 온 국민들께 신고합니다.

 

     18년 동안 간첩을 찾아 낸 과학자를 탄압하는 정권의 실체는?  

 

국가 최고의 가치는 국가 및 국민의 안녕을 보장하는 것입니다. 이는 대통령 취임선서(헌법 제69조)에 명시돼 있고, 헌법 제66조에 대통령 임무로 규정돼 있는 대통령 제1의 의무입니다. 그런데 문재인은 이 지만원의 간첩신고서가 반국가 행위 즉 헌법을 유린한 행위라며 모든 국민들은 지만원의 말 믿지 말라 공언합니다. 이게 국가인지 국민 여러분들께 여쭙고 싶습니다.

 

헌법 제5조는 국군에 국토방위 의무를 지우고 있습니다. 헌법 제39조는 국민에 국방의무를 지우고 있습니다. 국방에 대한 의무는 국군과 국민 모두에 지워진 의무인 것입니다. 이에 따라 국민은 적으로부터 온 간첩에 대해, 적의 불법행위에 대해 조금이라도 의심스러운 관찰내용이 있으면 곧바로 국가에 신고합니다. 국가가 이를 무시할 때에는 국민에 신고합니다. 국가나 국민은 이런 국민의 노력을 가상히 여기고 고맙다는 의사를 표해야 마땅합니다. 그런데 어찌된 일인지 국가는 문재인으로부터 언론들에 이르기까지 이런 신고에 대해 마녀사냥을 합니다. 이 것도 국가인지 여쭙고 싶습니다.

 

     18년 동안 연구해서 북괴의 침략사실 밝혀냈는데 역적이라니요? 

 

저는 국가에 상금을 바래서 이 일을 하지 않았습니다. 제 노력과 돈을 들여가면서 오로지 국가의 안녕을 위해 신고내용을 준비해온 것입니다. 문재인과 언론들과 5월 단체들과 좌경 정치인들은 이 신고내용을 읽어보지도 않고 오로지 그들의 이념적 신앙인 5.18성역을 지키기 위해 그리고 그들의 이익을 지키기 위해 대한민국을 지키기 위해 헌신해온 애국정신을 탄압합니다. 18년 동안 연구한 사실을 범죄시하는 마당에 그 어느 누가 애국을 할 것이며 어느 학자가 진취적인 연구를 하려 하겠습니까?

 

To South Korean Nation, I Report the Fact That North Korean Troops Had Invaded Us

 

From the year 2002 up to now, I’ve been making researches on the May 18th for full 18 years, and recorded the research results in nine books, each in 400 pages average. The researches have been proceeded in two fields, documentary research and image research.

 

The Fact That North Korean Troops Had Invaded, Documentary Research Discovered It to an Absolute Perfection

 

Documentary research was made based on investigation and trial documents which reached 180 thousands pages, North Korean documents, materials from the Ministry of Unification, materials from Junnam University, etc.. As a result of documentary research, I discovered that North Korea dispatched 600 special maneuver agent, who were trained to omnipotent human, to Gwangju, and made them carry out miraculous high-level special operations which even the best elite unit of South Korea were not capable of carrying out, let alone Gwangju citizen. I also discovered the fact that there was not a single individual in South Korea who organized 200 thousand demonstrators which took place concurrently in 18 different cities and counties, and that there was also not a single individual who commanded the special attack operations and demonstration operations.

 

The Book “Final Analysis Report on the May 18th”, Perfect and Flawless Itself

 

Provided that there should be no image research which started newly eight months after this, I am still confident that I have discovered the fact, only based on this book “Final Analysis Report on the May 18th”, that the May 18th incident was a guerilla war raised by North Korean troops to such a perfection that no question could be asked on it, and now I’d like to present this book to all the nation as “A report on the fact that North Korean troops had invaded us”.

 

About the Part of Gwangsoo among Image Analysis on the Pictures of the Scene, I Will Let It Stand in Public Opinion Arena for a Longer While

 

About the image researches which have been made thereafter, many people are not aware of currently developed level of image science technology, and because aggressive opposers are demagoguing to many people, who are not accustomed to image analysis field, by doing malicious propaganda, etc., so I would like to make a concession so that it can stand in competition in public opinion arena for a longer time. Accordingly I exclude the picture book of “Bill of Indictment on the May 18th” from today’s report for a moment. Someones are doing false propaganda that I am contending that 600 men had come down on the basis of Gwangsoos. The conclusion of 600 men infiltration, however, had already been made on October, 2014, and it has no connection with the image analysis which started from May, 2015.

 

“Final Analysis Report on the May 18th” Is A Written Report to the Nation on North Agents

 

In the book “Final Analysis Report on the May 18th” is well proved the fact that North Korea infiltrated guerilla units into the South on May, 1980 without declaration of war. I put in order the contents of the operations perpetrated by 600 men of guerilla maneuver units by analyzing military daily report on circumstances and investigation documents in mathematical manner. In times of Jon Doo-Hwan, there were lots of investigators but they didn’t have mathematics, and there were no war experience with enemy guerilla. But Jee Man-Won had both of them. Up to here are all facts based on evidences.

 

As to their purpose and infiltration route, that’s what I made judgement in the capacity of military expert. My judgement on their purpose of infiltration is recorded in above report as that they were seeking to prepare an opportunity(turning point) to invade the South by alienating Jeolla province from South Korea to bring about riots in Jeolla province and by helping to spread it across the nation. But what is important is not my judgement but the facts in reality. Those are, -- 1) the fact that 600 men (clearly described in daily report on circumstances and in Prosecution’s investigation report), who were trained to omnipotent special maneuver agents, had carried out world top-level special attack operations in Gwangju, and the contents of the operations were clearly described in there, 2) the fact that there was not a single individual in South Korea who organized or commanded the demonstration, was also disclosed in there. I hereby report this two facts to all the nation.

 

What Is the True Nature of this Regime Which Oppresses A Scientist Who Has Been Founding Out North Agents for 18 years?

 

The supreme value of a State is to guarantee security of the State and the nation. It is specified in presidential inauguration oath (article 69 of the Constitution), and is the first obligation of President as is regulated in article 66 of the Constitution as a presidential duty. Moon Jae-In, however, said that Jee Man-Won’s written report of the North agents is anti-national act, namely an act violating the Constitution, and he made a public announcement to all the people not to believe what Jee Man-Won says. I’d like to ask you all whether this is really a country at all?

 

Article 5 of the Constitution imposes National Armed Forces the duty to defend the territory of the country. Article 39 of the Constitution imposes all the nation the duty to defend the country. According to it, all the people report to the State at once when they come to have even the slightest suspicious observation about agent who came from the enemy or about enemy’s illegal acts. If the State ignores it, then he reports to the nation. The State or the nation ought to appreciate the people for their efforts on this and thank them by expressing gratitude. However, I don’t know why but the State are, from Moon Jae-In to all journalism, doing witch hunting against this reporting. I’d also like to question whether this is a country.

 

I Discovered the Fact that North Korea Had Invaded Us through 18 Years of Research, and Are They Saying I Am a Traitor?

 

I don’t do what I am doing hoping to receive a reward from the State. I have been preparing the content of the report only for the safety of the country sacrificing my own money and efforts. However, Moon Jae-In, mass media, the May 18th organizations and leftist politicians have never read the content of this report but are oppressing patriotic spirits, who have devoted themselves to defend South Korea, in order to protect the sanctuary of the May 18th, their ideological religion, and to protect their interests. In this situation when they regard the fact that I discovered through 18 years of research as a criminal thing, who would ever try to do patriotic activities and who of the learned man would ever try to do progressive research?
