       미-북 회담의 성격

 

대부분의 시사평론가들은 트럼프를 또라이로 평가한다. 하지만 나는 아직도 그를 천재라고 생각한다. 트럼프를 플러스 부호로 평가하느냐 마이너스 부호로 평가하느냐에 따라 이번 미-북 회담을 바라보는 시각이 현저하게 다를 것이다.

 

       나에게는 아직도 트럼프가 천재

 

다른 평론가들은 트럼프에 대한 불신과 의심에 터를 잡아 비관적인 견해를 국민에 안겨주고 있지만 나는 낙관적인 견해를 밝히고자 한다. 트럼프가 북한을 다루는 매너와 속도는 매우 지루하게 보이지만, 거기에는 엄청난 전략이 숨어 있을 것이다. 사물의 겉을 보고 평가하는 사람들은 이 지루한 현상을 보고 트럼프를 비하하고 불신한다. 하지만 나는 수면 하에 흐르는 물길을 본다. 지하에 흐르는 물줄기를 보면 트럼프가 보여주는 그 지루함 속에 웅장한 그림이 보인다. 물론 이 평가에도 불확실성은 있다.

 

세상의 모든 현상은 불확실성 세계에 속한다. 그 불확실성의 세계에서도 지구의 모든 인구들은 의사결정을 해야 하고 미래를 예측해야 한다. 여기에서 통계학이 나왔고 확률이론이 나왔다. 이를 위해 발전해온 고급수학 분야에서 한 정점을 정복했던 사람들 중 하나가 지만원이다. 예측이 현실을 정확하게 점을 쳤느냐, 아니냐를 따지는 것은 무식한 사람들의 영역에 속한다. 학문을 하는 사람은 결과를 보지 않고 논리를 본다. 이러한 맥락에서 내가 훈련해온 수학적 접근방법으로 미북회담을 예측해 본다면 아래와 같다.

 

    트럼프의 목표는 중국 붕괴, 북핵은 이를 위한 수단

 

트럼프의 전략목표는 중국의 붕괴이지 북핵 그 자체가 아니다. 그래서 북핵은 트럼프에게 엄청난 선물이다. 중국을 붕괴시키기 위해 반드시 필요한 명분이 북핵이기 때문이다. 북핵이 빨리 해결되면 트럼프에게는 중국을 붕괴시킬 명분이 사라진다. 중국을 붕괴시키려면 중국경제를 고사시켜야 한다. 중국경제가 고사하려면 여러 해가 필요하다. 그래서 북핵문제도 여러 해 동안 미결상태로 질질 끌어야 한다. 미북회담은 시간 끌기 지연작전일 수밖에 없는 것이다. 지금 트럼프는 북핵을 명분으로 이용하려 중국을 붕괴시키고 있는 것이다.

 

       트럼프의 목표는 레짐체인지가 아니라 블록체인지

 

어제는 중국 최대의 글로벌 통신업체인 화웨이를 고립시키는 조치를 전 세계에 강요했다. 회웨이를 도와주려는 문재인의 음모도 된서리를 맞았다. 중국이 붕괴되면 북핵은 자연 소멸되고 북한은 블록 체인지를 하여 미국진영으로 흡수될 것이다. 트럼프가 이 정도의 그랜드 전략을 수행할 줄 아는 사람인지, 아닌지는 이미 2017년 IS 8개국 국정의 사람들을 미국에 오지 못하도록 봉쇄한 사실과 예루살렘을 이스라엘에 안겨준 초능력적인 조치를 취한 데에서 읽힌다. 다른 지도자는 이런 거 못한다.

 

     냉전체제 붕괴시킨 레이건

  

잠시 1980년대에 세계를 지휘했던 레이건 시대를 살펴보자. ‘와인버거’가 당시 국방장관이었다. ’와인버거 이론‘을 기억하는 사람 있는가? “공산주의자들을 협상테이블로 끌어올 수 있는 유일한 힘은 국방력이다.“ 그의 이 이론에 동감한 레이건은 별들의 전쟁 프로그램에 무자비(?)하게 예산을 쏟았다. 구소련이 여기에 상응하는 전략을 수행하느라 엄청난 국방비를 퍼부었다. 두 나라가 국방비 경쟁을 했던 것이다. 그 결과 소련경제가 붕괴됐다. 소련이 붕괴되고 베를린 장벽이 무너진 것이다. 무너지기 전까지 미CIA는 이를 예측하지 못했다. 일단 구멍이 생기면 무너지는 것은 순식간이기 때문이었다. 

고르바초프가 1988년 12월 7일, UN에서 세기적인 연설을 했다. 연설문은 불과 253자, 미국의 조치와는 상관없이 소련이 일방적으로 동구로부터 철수하고 군비를 대폭 축소한다는 요지의 연설이었다. 그로 인해 바르샤바와 베를린 장벽이 동시에 무너졌다. 냉전의 장벽이 무너진 것이다. 냉전시대에는 이데오르기가 세계 제1의 가치였다. 1988년 12월 7일 이후 세계의 가치관은 ‘삶의 질’로 변했다. WTO 체제가 건립되고 국방비에 투입돼오던 예산이 IT, BT에 투입됐다.

 

       제2의 레이건 꿈꾸는 트럼프

 

지금 나는 왜 이런 옛날이야기를 하는가? 지금 트럼프가 레이건 및 와인버거가 팀으로 이룩했던 기적을 혼자 수행하고 있다는 것을 말하고 싶어서이다. 트럼프는 곧 북한을 공격할 것처럼 엄청난 군사비를 써가면서 김정은을 군사력으로 협박했다. 야생마 같던 김정은을 길들여 협상테이블로 데려온 것은 바로 와인버거 이론이었다. 지금 트럼프의 고단위 전략을 눈치 챌 수 있는 부하는 없는 것 같다. 그러니 남한의 잘난 체 하는 평론가들이야 오죽하겠는가? 레이건은 소련을 붕괴시켰지만 트럼프는 중국을 붕괴시켜야 한다. 따라서 미국의 연합군 체제도 바뀌어야 한다. 나토는 소련을 봉쇄하기 위해 필요했던 존재했다, 그러나 중국을 고사시키기 위한 연합국들은 더 이상 NATO가 아니다. 영국, 캐나다, 일본, 호주, 뉴질랜드, 인도 등이다. 세상이 바뀐 것이다. 그런데 매티스 전 국방장관은 NATO체제를 고수하는 코리타분한 고정관념에 사로잡혀 트럼프에 반기를 들었다.

 

    중국 붕괴를 위한 시간 벌기 위해서는 북핵문제 질질 끌어야

 

지금 트럼프는 중국을 파괴하기 위해 북핵문제를 반드시 질질 끌어야 한다. 그렇다면 이번 하노이 회담은 무엇을 얻기 위한 것이 아닐 것이다. 오로지 시간을 끌기 위한 수단이 될 것이다. 실질적인 내용은 없고 트럼프의 너스레로 채워질 것이다. 맞든 틀리든 이것이 나의 논리다. 트럼프의 목표가 북핵 그 자체일 것이라고 생각하는 좁쌀 평론가들은 이번 미국회담 결과에 대해 마치 세상이 종말을 맞이한 것이나 되는 것처럼 소란을 부릴 것이다.

Most of commentators on current topics estimate Trump a weirdo. But I still think that he is a genius. People‘s viewpoints looking the US-North Korea Talks will be much different according to whether they estimate Trump by giving (+) sign or (-) sign.

 

Though other commentators are conveying pessimistic comments to the nation on the basis of distrust and suspicion on Trump, I‘d like to make clear my optimistic opinion. The manner and speed with which Trump is dealing with North Korea looks very tedious, but I think that a great strategy might be hidden under there. Those who estimate things by appearances distrust and disparage Trump at the sight of this tedious phenomenon. But I see the waterway flowing below the water surface. Looking the waterstream flowing underground, I can see the magnificent picture which Trump shows me in the tediousness. Of course there is uncertainty in this estimation.

 

All the phenomenon of the world belong to the world of uncertainty. In spite of such uncertainty, all the population on the earth have to make decision and predict future. Out of this came into being the statistics and probability theory. Jee Man-Won is one of those who conquered the summit in the field of high-level mathematics which has been developing for the uncertainty. It belongs to the category of ignorant people to question closely whether its forecast made an accurate estimation of current situation or not. Those who pursue learning do not look into the result but look into the logic. In this logical connection, if I forecast the US-North Korea Talks by using mathematical method with which I have trained myself, it is as below.

 

Trump‘s Objective Is To Collapse China, Denuclearization of North Korea Is Only A Means For It.

 

Trump‘s strategic objective to collapse China, not the denuclearization of North Korea itself. So, North Korean nuclear weapon is a great present to Trump. Because it is essential and justifiable cause necessary to make China collapse down. If the problem of North Korean nuclear weapon is solved fast, the justifiable cause which is necessary for Trump to collapse China disappears soon. To make China collapse down, one has to get Chinese economy withered to death. For the Chinese economy to get withered to death, it would be taking for years. Therefore, one has to drag on the problem of North Korean nuclear weapon for years in the state of unsolved matter. So, the US-North Korea Talks have no way but to remain to be a time-dragging stalling operation. Now Trump is utilizing North Korean nuclear weapon as a justifiable cause to collapse China.

 

Trump‘s Objective Is Not Regime Change, But Block Change

 

Yesterday, America forced the world to take measures to isolate Huawei, Chinese biggest and global communication company. Moon Jae-In‘s scheme to help Huawei also suffered from a heavy frost (was hard hit). If China collapsed, North Korean nuclear weapon problem will be extinguished as a matter of course, and North Korea shall make block change to be absorbed into the US camp. Whether Trump is a man of capabality to perform this high level of grand strategy or not, -- it is well read by the fact that he has already blocked up the borders in 2017 so that people from IS and other 8 countries can not enter America, and also by the fact that he took supernatural action to give Jerusalem in the arms of Israel. Other leaders are not capable of doing this.

 

Cold War System, Destroyed By R. W. Reagan

 

Let‘s look back on the times of R. Reagan for a while when he commanded the world in 1980s. C. Wineburger was the Secretary of Defense at that time. Is there anyone who remember ’Wineburger‘s theory’? -- “The only power that can drag communists to negotiation table is defense capability”. Sympathizing with this theory of Wineburger, Reagan poured merciless (?) great budget on the Star War program. Soviet States of the time also poured huge amount of defense budget on their strategic program which they carried out to correspond to America. In short, the two countries competed each other in defense budget. That resulted in the collapse of Russian economy. The Soviet States collapsed and Berlin wall has fallen down. American CIA were unable to predict it until it fell down. It is because crumbling would happen in an instance once holes were formed.

 

M. Gorbachev made a speech of a century in UN on December 7, 1988. The speech had only 253 words. The point of the address was that the Soviet Russia is, regardless of any actions of the US, withdrawing from Eastern Europe unilaterly, and is going to make a big reduction in armaments. Because of it, the walls in Warsaw and Berlin fell down at the same time. The wall of cold war has been crumbled. In times of cold war, ideology was the first value of the world. Since December 7, 1988, sense of value of the world has changed to ‘quality of life’. WTO system has been established, and the budget which had been put into Defense expense was put into IT (information technology) and BT (bio-technology)

 

Trump, Dreams To Be The 2nd Reagan

 

Why am I telling the old story now? It‘s because I’d like to tell that Trump is making the miracle alone which Reagan and Wineburger had achieved as a team. Trump threatened Kim Jong-Un with military strength spending large military expenditure as if the US was soon to attack North Korea. It was the very theory of Wineburger that tamed the wild horse sort of Kim Jong-Un and brought him to negotiation table. There seems to be no staff who can get scent of Trump‘s high level strategy. Let alone the commentators of South Korea who assume airs of importance. Reagan had collapsed the Soviet State then, and Trump has to collapse China now. Therefore, alliance forces system of the US also needs to be changed. NATO was an entity that was necessary to block up the Soviet States. The allied countries, however, which are necessary to get China withered to death are no more NATO countries. They are England, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and India. This means that the world has changed. But former Defense Secretary J. Mattis rose up against (opposed to) Trump being possessed by stereotyped idea of holding fast to NATO system.

 

To Earn Time Needed to Collapse China, It Is Necessary to Drag on the Problem of Denuclearization of North Korea

 

Now Trump has to drag on the matter of denuclearization of North Korea without fail in order to destroy China. In that case, Hanoi Talks of this time would not be the one aiming to get something. It will be only some means to drag time on. It will be filled with Trump‘s sly remarks having no substantial contents. Right or wrong, this is my logic on it. The petty commentators, who think Trump’s objective would be the denuclearization of North Korea itself, would be making noises about the result of the US-North Korea Talks as if the world has come to an end.
