         조갑제 증원군, 정규재의 커밍아웃

 

    정규재,  ‘광주교도소 공격은 착시-왜곡 현상이었던 것으로 추정한다’

 

정규재가 드디어 커밍아웃했다. 2017.10.11. 김용삼 기자가 1년 4개월 전에 쓴 글을 찾아내 2019.1.29.에 정규재 홈페이지 대문에 올렸다. 광주폭동에서 가장 큰 저들의 약점이 바로 교도소 공격이었다. 심지어는 전두환을 죽이려고 대들었던 1997년 대법원 판결서에도 “시위대가 교도소를 5회 공격했고, 그 과정에서 사망자가 발생했다. 이들 사망자를 사살한 데 대해서는 계엄군의 죄가 없다” 이렇게 판시했다.

 

그런데 정규재는 이 엄연한 사실을 부인하는 편에 섰다. 교도소 공격사실이 부정되면 북한군 개입사실도 부정된다. 정규재는 바로 이 점을 노리고 멍청한 조갑제보다는 한 수 위의 작전을 펴고 있다. 정규재의 이런 의도를 파쇄하기 위해 수사기록에서 발췌한 광주교도소 공격사건을 약술한다.

 

         광주교도소 공격사건

 

1980년 5월 21일 당시 광주교도소에는 비전향장기수 문근영의 외조부 류낙진 등 사상범 170명을 포함한 2,700명의 수감자가 수용돼 있었다. 무기를 턴 북한군은 광주시민들에게 무기를 주면 곧바로 전투행위를 할 것으로 기대하고 시민들에 무기를 나누어주었지만 대부분의 지각 있는 시민들은 오히려 그들을 의심하고 받지 않았다. 이것이 북한에 보고되자 다급해진 김일성은 광주교도소 수용자들을 해방시켜 그들을 폭동의 동력으로 삼으라고 지령하였다. 이를 감청한 계엄군은 공수 제3여단을 교도소 방어에 긴급 모드로 투입했다. 북한특수군은 5월 21일 밤 집중적으로 교도소 공격을 감행했다. 교도소를 점령하려면 교도소 뒤에 붙어 있는 설탕고지(백설탕 광고판 설치)를 점령해야 했다. 6.25때와 같은 고지전을 할 수밖에 없었다. 계엄군은 미리 호를 파고 총구를 벌판을 향해 지행해 놓고(군사용어로 ‘최저표척사’) 폭도의 공격을 기다렸다. 잠시 생각을 해 보자. 계엄사령부 정보참모부에는 “교도소를 해방하라”는 감청문이 기록돼 있다. 이 감청 내용에 따라 계엄당국은 제3공수여단을 배치했다. 그리고 정확히 5월 21일 밤 감청한 명령 그대로 교도소 공격이 있었다. 그러면 그 공격을 감행한 존재는 북한군이겠는가, 광주시위대였겠는가? 순수한 광주시위대가 북으로부터 지령을 받는 집단이겠는가? ‘광주비디오’에는 도청공격을 위해 긴장한 모습으로 전광석화와 같이 출동하는 모습들이 고스란히 담겨 있다.

 

     정규재가 높이 받든 전남도경국장 안병하라는 인간은?

 

정규재 홈페이지에 올려진 기사의 제목은 아래와 같고, 내용이 url주소로 이어져 있다.

위 기사의 끝 부분에는 이런 글이 있다.

 

“전남경찰 TF팀은 금년(주:2017) 4월 초부터 아무런 뒷받침 없는 어려운 여건 하에서 생존 선배 한 분 한 분을 수소문 하여 137명의 소중한 증언을 확보하였고, 국가기록원에 보관된 치안본부 작성 전남사태 관계기록 발굴과 함께 사실관계가 잘못된 내 외부의 경찰기록들을 찾아내는 등 당시 자료의 왜곡 편향성에 대해서도 확인하였다. 금번 조사과정에서 확보된 객관적인 증언과 수집된 자료, 보고서는 국가기관인 경찰이 주요 당사자 입장에서 스스로 직접 작성한 5.18 관련 보고서라는 점에서 의미가 있으며 역사적으로 5.18과 관련된 진실을 알리는데 많은 도움이 되리라 확신하며 계속적으로 자료를 찾아내고 증언 등을 확보하여 미흡한 점을 보완해 나갈 것이다”

 

정규재는 안병하 당시 전남도경국장 안병하의 증언에 무게를 잔뜩 얹었다. 그러나 안병하의 당시 족적은 비겁했고 수상했다. 5월 18일, 안병하는 시위가 난폭하게 진행되자 경찰력으로는 감당할 수 없다며 당시 전라도 계엄분소장 윤흥정 전교사 사령관에게 계엄군 출동을 요청했다. 초장에 두 손을 든 것이다. 그 후 안병하는 시위 진압에 매우 소극적이었고, 드디어 부하들에게 '알아서 하라'는 명령을 남기고 헬기를 타고 도망을 쳤다. 이후의 경찰관들은 각자도생 길에 나섰다. 패닉에 빠진 경찰들은 경찰복을 벗어던지고 민간인 복장으로 갈아입은 뒤 뿔뿔이 흩어졌다. 사복을 구하지 못한 경찰들은 민가로 들어가 옷을 빌리거나 훔쳐 입었다. 더러의 경찰들은 몸뻬 등 여자 옷을 입고 도망쳤다.

 

광주시의 파출소에는 19일 아침부터 폭도들이 들이닥쳤다. 오전 9시 30분 임동파출소와 누문동파출소에 70여 명이 폭도들이 난입하여 기물을 파괴하고 불을 질렀다. 오후 7시 45분에는 역전파출소, 안동파출소, 양동파출소가 폭도들의 습격을 받고 불길에 휩싸였다. 경찰들이 할 수 있는 일이라고는 파출소와 예비군 중대의 무기를 경찰서로 옮겨놓고, 폭도들이 파출소로 들이닥치면 뒤돌아보지 않고 도망가는 것뿐이었다.

 

        정규재의 음산한 의도

 

정규재는 이런 안병하의 증언(?)을 귀하게 취급했고, 그 글을 조갑제 서정갑의 공격 타이밍에 맞추어 그의 홈페이지 대문에 올려놓았다. 전남경찰이 과거사를 뒤집으려 한 이번 조치는 국회와 군의 진상규명 노력에 비하면 왜소하고 초라하고 뒤늦은 것이다. 이런 증언, 이런 왜곡, 한 두 번이 아니었다. 1988년에는 28명의 국회의원으로 꾸민 ‘광주특위’가 3년 동안 활동했고, 2005년에는 국방부에 과거사진상규명위원회가 꾸려져 수백억을 탕진해가면서 3년 동안 활동했고, 2017년에는 국방부에 특조위가 형성되었다. 이에 비하면 전남경찰청이 2017부터 주도한 경찰 이야기들은 시쳇말로 새 발의 피다. 이런 글을 조갑제-서정갑의 모략행위에 타이밍을 맞추어 대문글로 올린 그 저의가 음산하다.

 

      정규재는 학문이 뭔지 모르는 유사지식인

 

정규재는 그와 어울리는 김진과 함께 북한군개입을 부정한 사람이다. 정규재는 방송에서 조갑제에게는 ‘선생님’으로 호칭했고, 지만원에게는 “씨”로 호칭했다. 천박함의 상징인 친소관계가 그를 지배하고 있는 것이다. 고등학교 출신 조갑제는 ‘선생님’이고 미국 수리공학의 원조인 미해군대학원에서 박사학위를 받은 사람은 “씨”인 것이다. 미국은 해군의 나라다. 국방예산의 60%를 해군이 사용한다. 응용수학을 군사목적에 활용하기 위해 엄청난 연구비를 푼다. 미해군대학원 응용수학 석사가 같은 학교에서 박사과정을 신청하려면 4점 만점에 3.8이상을 올려야 한다. 3.2를 올린 사람들은 예일이나 미시간 등 다른 학교를 지원해야 한다.

 

정규재는 자기와 친하면 고졸출신도 ‘선생님’이고 자기와 멀리 있으면 한국국민들 중에서 가장 높은 경지를 정복한 몇 안 되는 사람들 중 한 사람 한테도 ‘씨’인 것이다. 매우 시건방진 존재, 뭘 많이 모르는 우물 안 존재가 아닐 수 없다. 북한군 개입 사실을 부인하려면 내가 쓴 “5.18분석 최종보고서”를 부인해야 한다. 이것이 학문을 아는 사람이 문제를 푸는 접근방법이다.

 

그런데 정규재는 지금 무슨 행동을 보이고 있는가?“안병하라는 전 전남도 경찰청장이 그러는데 교도소 공격은 착시-왜곡 현상이라 하더라” 이렇게 말하고 있는 것이다. “북한군 개입? 정홍원도 아니라 했고 김관진도 아니라 했다. 전두환도 모른다 했고, 미CIA도 거론한 적 없다. 그런데 무슨 북한군이냐?” 이런 비과학적 자세가 바로 정규재의 진실을 다루는 접근방법이다. 그야말로 학문이 뭔지 모르고 잘난 체 하는 제2의 손석희, 제2의 조갑제가 아닐 수 없다. 한마디로 정규재는 학문 이하의 낮은 수준에서 언론인 행세를 하면서 사람들을 가르치려 든다. 조갑제에 그랬던 것처럼 많은 국민이 그에 속으면 그 역시 위험한 괴물로 덩치를 키우게 될 것이다. 감히 기자가 학자를 능멸하디니! 이 나라가 기자의 나라인가?  

 

정규재와 조갑제 서정갑 등은 2월 8일 국회공청회에 반대 토론자로 나와달라는 요청을 국회의원실로부터 요청받았지만 거절했다. 그리고 이런 글을 올린 것이다. 가방끈으로 보나 신사도로 보나 옛날 같으면 내 옆에 접근할 수도 없었고, 말 한 번 붙일 수도 없는 부류의 인간들이 어쩌다 빨갱이 세상이 되고 보니 감히 내 옷에 오물을 뿌리고 있는 것이다. 이 세상에서 기자가 최고로 높은 줄 알고 사는 난장이들인 것이다. 정규재-김진-조갑제 3인의 기자가 똘똘 뭉치면 응용수학 박사의 머리를 당할 수 있겠는가? 기자 만명이 뭉쳐도 천만명이 뭉쳐도 그렇게는 못할 것이다. 기자 10억명이 뭉쳐보라, 에디슨이 되고 아인슈타인이 되는가? 딱한 인간들.    

    

Jong Kyu-Jae‘s Coming Out as Reinforcements for Cho Gab-Je

 

Jong Kyu-Jae Says, ‘Gwangju Prison Attack Is Presumed to Have Been A Phenomenon of Optical Illusion and Distortion’

 

Jong Kyu-Jae has finally made coming-out. He found out an article which reporter Kim Yong-Sam wrote one year and four months ago on October 11, 2017, and put it on Jong Kyu-Jae‘s homepage on January 29, 2019. It is the very fact of prison attack which have been their weakest point in Gwangju riot. Even the Supreme court, which was determined to kill Jon Doo-Hwan, wrote in the decision that ’the demonstrators attacked the prison five times, and many were killed in the stage. Martial law troops are not guilty of having shot to kill them.

 

But Jong Kyu-Jae took sides with those who deny this solemn truth. If the fact of prison attack is denied, then the fact of North Korean troops‘ invasion will also be denied. Keeping an eye on this point, Jong Kyu-Jae is employing an operation one level higher than stupid Cho Gab-Je. To destroy Jong Kyu-Jae’s plot for such aim, I summarize herebelow the incident of Gwangju prison attack excerpting from relevant investigation records.

 

The Incident of Gwangju Prison Attack

 

At the time of May 21, 1980, in Gwangju prison were confined 2,700 prisoners including 170 ideological offenders such as non-converted long-term inmates like Ryu Nak-Jin, Moon Keun-Yong‘s grandfather-in-law. North Korean troops took(robbed) the arms and gave them to Gwangju citizen expecting that the citizen would get into combat actions as soon as they receive the weapons, but most of citizen were dubious of them and would not receive the guns. When it was reported to North Korea, Kim Il-Sung was so pressed for time that he issued an order to them to liberate the inmates in Gwangju prison and utilize them as power source of their riot. Martial Law Army Headquarters intercepted this, and committed the 3rd Airborne Brigade immediately to the prison to defend it. North Korean troops dared to make intense attack to the prison in the night of May 21. To occupy the prison, they had to capture the Sugar Hill (on which white sugar advertizement board was set up) firstly which was at the back of the prison. They had to fight a hill combat just like that of June 25th war in 1950. Martial law troops dug trenches in advance and waited the rioters’ attack, pointing the guns at the plain (‘the optimum target firing‘ in military term). Just think of it at this moment for a while. The Intelligence Staff Dept. of Martial Law Army Headquarters has the record of intercepted communication of ’Liberate the prison!‘. And the Martial Law Troops Authority placed the 3rd Airborne Brigade according to the intercepted intelligence. Exactly in the night of May 21, the attack to prison occurred to coincide with the content of the intercepted communication. In this case, was the entity who took the decisive attack North Korean troops or Gwangju demonstrators? Was the pure Gwangju demonstrators an entity who were taking orders from North Korea? In Gwangju video is contained all of their movement starting out in tension as quick as lightening to attack the prison.

 

Who Is The Former Director of Junnam Provincial Police Agency Ahn Byong-Ha Whom Jong Kyu-Jae Is Upholding High?

Jong Kyu-Jae placed heavy weight on the testimony of then Director of Junnam Provincial Police Agency Ahn Byong-Ha. But Ahn Byong-Ha’s footmarks at that time were cowardly and suspicious. When the demonstration developed to violence on May 18th, he judged that he could not cope with the situation with police strength only, and asked General Yoon Heung-Jong, then commander of Combat and Education Headquarters and also the commanding General of Regional Martial Law Army in Jeolla Province, to send martial law troops out. After then, Ahn Byong-Ha was very passive in suppressing the demonstration, and at last he ran away on helicopter leaving an order of, ‘You all do as you like’, to his subordinates. From then, every policeman ran away for their own life. Policemen who were in panic took off their police uniform to throw away, changed into civilian clothes and dispersed in every direction. Some policemen who couldn‘t get civilian clothes ran into citizen’s house to borrow clothes or stole them to wear on. A few policemen ran away wearing women‘s clothes like loose-fitting trousers.

 

Police offices in Gwangju city were suddenly attacked by rioters from the morning of May 19th. About 70 rioters rushed into Imdong police office and Numoon-dong police office at 9:30 A.M, destroyed property and set fire to it. At 7:45 P.M, Railway station police office, Ahndong police office Yangdong police office were attacked by the rioters and were enveloped in flames. The only thing the policemen could do was moving the fire arms in police office and in the reserve forces company to central police station, and ran away without looking back when the rioters rushed into the police offices.

 

Jong Kyu-Jae‘s Dreary Intention

 

Jong Kyu-Jae treated this kind of Ahn Byong-Ha‘s testimony(?) highly, and put it on the gate of his homepage to coincide with Cho Gab-Je’s and Suh Jong-Gab‘s attack time. This action made by Junnam Police Agency to turn over past affairs is dwarfish, shabby and rather late when compared with the similar truth-finding efforts by the National Assembly and the Army. It was not only once or twice that this kind of testimony and distortion was made but more. From the year 1988, ’Gwangju Special Committee‘, which was composed of 28 Assembly members came into operation for three years, and in 2005, the past affairs truth-finding was organized in the Defense Ministry, and it came into operation for three years wasting tens of billion won. In 2017, Special Investigation Committee was formed in the Defense Ministry. When compared with this, police stories led(made up) by Junnam Police Agency from 2017 are, to coin a phrase, only blood stains on the foot of a bird (trivial thing). His real intention of putting this article on his homepage as gate article to coincide with the timing of Cho Gab-Je and Suh Jong-Gab’s scheming is dreary.

 

Jong Kyu-Jae denied North Korean troops‘ intervention together with Kim Jin with whom he gets along well with. Jong Kyu-Jae called Cho Gab-Je with a title ’Sir‘, but called Jee Man-Won with only ’Mister‘ with no title. Personal relative degree of familiarity, which is a symbol of superficial way of thinking, is dominating him. For him, a high school graduate Cho Gab-Je is ’Sir‘, but the man who obtained Doctor’s degree from the Postgraduate School of US Naval Academy, the home of American mathematical engineering, is ‘Mister’. America is a country of Navy. Navy uses 60 percent of national defense budget. They spend huge amount for research expense to utilize applied mathematics on military purpose. If a Master in applied mathematics in the Postgraduate School of US Naval Academy want to apply for Doctoral course in the same school, he has to get higher grade than 3.8 from the perfect point of 4.0. Those who got the grade of 3.2 have to apply for other schools like Yale, Michigan, etc.

 

To Jong Kyu-Jae, a high school graduate is ‘Sir’ if he is intimate with him, and if someone is far from him, Jong Kyu-Jae would call him ‘Mister’ even if he is one of the rare figure of Korean who conquered the highest stage of learning. He must be not other than very impudent being, a frog in a well who knows nothing of the world. If anyone want to deny the fact of North Korean troops‘ intervention, he will have to deny the ’Final Analysis Report on the May 18th‘ that I issued. This is the reasonal approach for a man who knows learning to solve the problem.

 

But what is Jong Kyu-Jae showing now? What he says is, “A former Director of Junnam Police Agency said that the prison attack was a phenomenon of optical illusion and distortion”. “North Korean troops‘ intervention? Jong Hong-Won denied it, Kim Kwan-Jin also denied it, and Jon Doo-Hwan also said he knew nothing about it. The US CIA had never made issue of it. Then what is about North Korean troops anyway?” This unscientific attitude is Jong Kyu-Jae’s approach to deal with the truth. It is none other than 2nd Son Sok-Hee or 2nd Cho Gab-Je who puts an air of importance not knowing what the learning is. In a word, Jong Kyu-Jae conducts himself as a journalist in a lower grade than ordinary learning, and tries to teach people. If many people get deceived by him as they did by Cho Gab-Je, he will grow himself to a big and dangerous monster. How dare a mere reporter trifle with a learned man! Is this country a country for reporters?

 

Jong Kyu-Jae, Cho Gab-Je and Suh Jong-Gab, etc. were asked by a National Assembly member‘s office to come out to National Assembly hearing on February 8 as a panel to bring forth a counter-argument, but they denied it. And Jong Kyu-Jae had put on this kind of article. When comparerd with strap of bookbag (academic career) or gentlemanship, they are such human who can never approach me or dare to say a word to me if it is the old days. But as it turned to Red world now, they are daring to spray sewage on my clothes. They are only dwarfs thinking only that reporters are the highest people in the world. If these three reporters of Jong Kyu-Jae, Kim-Jin and Cho Gab-Je unite together, would they be learned enough to be a match to the brain of a Doctor of applied mathematics? If 10 thousands reporters get united or further of 10 million reporters get united, they would still be no match. You reporters, try and get united a billion of you. And watch yourself if you can become Edison or Einstein? You poor wretches.
