나경원 거주지 집회, 1.14부터 계속합니다
1월 4일, 나경원이 김성태로부터 바통을 이어받아 자기 선에서 지만원을 위원 명단에서 제외시키려 했습니다. 이것이 문제로 불거지자 1월9일, 중진회의를 했습니다. 3선 이상의 의원들입니다. 여기에서 지만원 선정을 찬성하는 분들이 반대하는 분들보다 더 많았습니다. 그래서 의원총회에 회부했고, 의원총회가 1월 10일 오후 2시부터 열렸습니다. 압도적 다수가 지만원을 지지했다 합니다. 하지만 나경원은 결정을 보류하였습니다.
그리고 매우 발빠르게 오늘(1.10) 나경원은 장군세계에서 대안을 찾으려 다리를 놓았습니다. 장군세계가 한 육사 출신을 추천하였습니다. 추천된 육사인은 오늘(1.10) 오후 5시경, 정양석 수석부대표와 함께 나경원을 만났습니다. 나경원이 육사인에게 도와달라 말했다 합니다. 그런데 그 육사인은 이렇게 말해주었다 합니다.
“나도 3년 전까지는 남들의 말만 듣고 지박사가 꼴통 또라이인줄 알았다. 우연한 기회에 만나 보니 정 반대더라. 5.18에 대해서는 그 분을 따라갈 사람이 없다. 나는 박사님을 도와 조사관을 하려고 여러 달에 걸쳐 현지답사 등 많은 연구를 했다. 박사님 선정 안 되면 나는 그 자리에 안 간다. 아마 아무도 못 갈 것이다. 올바른 선택하라.”
여기에서 우리는 두 가지 매우 중요한 사실을 뽑아낼 수 있습니다. 하나는 나경원이 다수의원들, 그리고 다수의 중진의원들이 원하는 방향을 등지고 지만원 선택하기를 거부하고 있다는 사실입니다. 다른 하나는 나경원에 기초적인 논리가 없다는 사실입니다. 지만원이 명단에서 배제된다는 것은 곧 지만원의 연구결과가 배제된다는 것을 의미합니다. 지만원이 배제되고 다른 사람들이 들어가면 저들은 이렇게 주장할 것입니다. “지만원이 위원 명부에서 배제된 이유가 뭐냐? 북한군 개입을 주장했기 때문이 아니냐? 그런데 왜 위원회에 와서 배제된 논리를 펴고 있느냐?” 이렇게 말하면 소리 한번 못 내고 무너집니다. 지만원이 명단에서 배제되면 지만원에도 주홍글씨, 지만원 이론에도 주홍글씨가 붙는 것입니다. 그 주홍글씨가 어떻게 진상규명 위원회 책상에 올라가겠습니까. 나경원은 이 중요한 사실을 깨닫지 못하는 것입니다.
그래서 나경원에는 이 기초 지식이 필요한 것입니다. 그를 학습시키기 위해 우리는 월요일(1.14)부터 그의 아파트 앞에서 학습집회를 열 것입니다. 매일 오후 2시입니다. 규탄집회가 아니라 나경원을 학습시키는 매우 고상한 집회인 것입니다.
나경원은 머리를 써야 합니다. 넓은 장소에 지만원을 논리와 팩트를 공격할 이 나라 수재들을 초청하여 지만원을 공격하게 하세요. 그러면 진상규명은 여기에서 단 하루 만에 끝납니다. 지만원의 이 주장을 왜 나경원은 받아들이지 않는 것인가요? 그 배경이 의심스럽습니다.

Nah Kyong-Won tried to keep excluding Jee Man-Won from the committee member taking over baton from Kim Sung-Tae. As it has developed to a bigger problem, she held a conference of leading members on January 9. They are the members reelected more than third term. There at the conference, those who favored Jee Man-Won outnumbered those who disapproved him. Soon after, it was transferred to general meeting of the Assembly members, and the meeting was held from 2 P.M. on January 10. It was said that overwhelming majority supported Jee Man-Won. But Nah Kyong-Won reserved her decision
Right after then, she was quick to find an intermediary who can look for an alternative in Generals Circle. The Generals Circle recommended a graduate of military academy. The recommended figure of military academy met Nah Kyong-Won together with chief vice-representative Jong Yang-Sok around 5 P.M. today(Jan. 10th). It is said that Nah Kyong-Won asked the military academy graduate to help her. For this, the man is known to have relied her as below
---“Until three years ago, I also thought that Jee Man-Won was an utter weirdo because I had listened to others only. I happened to meet him by choice, and found out that everything was just the opposite. As for the matter of May 18th, there is no one who can compete with him. I have made a lot of research including on-the-spot investigation for several months to do the role of investigator as an assistant to Dr. Jee Man-Won. If Dr. Jee is not selected as a member, I will not come in to take his post, either. Perhaps no one will dare to come in. I wish you take right choice.” ---
From this, we can extract two facts very important. One is that Nah Kyong-Won is refusing to select Jee Man-Won taking opposite direction from what the majority members and many leading members want to take. The other one is, Nah Kyong-Won has no basic logic. If Jee Man-Won is excluded from the name list, that means Jee Man-Won’s research result shall also have to be rejected. If Jee Man-Won is excluded and other one come in instead, then the opposition party members will claim like it, --“What is the reason Jee Man-Won is excluded from the name list? Wasn’t it because he contended North Korean troops intervention? Then why do you come in this committee and develop the rejected theory?”-- If they say like this, he is sure to collapse without having a chance to utter a word. If Jee Man-Won is excluded, scarlet letter will be labeled to Jee Man-Won as well as Jee Man-Won’s theory. How can the scarlet lettered theory be presented to the table of the truth-finding committee? Nah Kyong-Won is sure not to be realizing this important fact.
That’s why Nah Kyong-Won needs to study this basic knowledge. To make her study, we will hold study rally before her apartment from next Monday (Jan. 14th), 2 P.M. everyday. This time, it will not be a rally of denunciation, but will be an academic rally aiming at giving Nah Kyong-Won proper lessons.
I’d like to advise Nah Kyong-Won to use her brain. I am asking her to invite geniuses of this country to a large place who have the ability to attack Jee Man-Won, his theory and his facts, and let them actually attack Jee Man-Won. Then the truth-finding on the May 18th will be finished just in one day. Why is Nah Kyong-Won not accepting this proposal by Jee Man-Won? I am really suspicious of her background.
