            전두환 죽이기, 빨갱이 총 공조작전

 

          집도 냉장고도 다 박탈, 인간 이하의 패륜행위

 

드디어 전두환을 거리로 내몰아 돌멩이 공격을 당하게 만들겠다는 마지막 마무리 작전이 박원순에 의해 추진되었다. 집도 빼앗고 냉장고 등 살림도구도 압류했다. 5.18에 대한 진실이 밝혀지고 일파만파 전국적으로 번져나가 5.18의 상징 전두환의 실재함에 종지부를 찍겠다는 드라큘라의 마지막 송곳니가 공포의 순간을 연출하고 있다.

 

      전두환은 재판 받을 일 안 했다. 마구 끌어가는 것이다

 

내년 1월 7일은 전두환을 광주로 구인해갈지 모르는 날이다. 전두환에는 아무런 혐의가 없다. 그런데도 빨갱이들은 거짓말을 만들어 혐의를 씌워놓고 서울사람을 광주로 끌어다 인민재판을 하여 사살하겠다는 것이다. 조비오신부가 헬기사격 장면을 보았다고 주장한 것은 검찰과 군검찰부가 합동하여 1993-95년에 걸쳐 “새빨간 거짓말”인 것으로 확인했다. 여기까지가 사실이다. 그 밖의 다른 주중들은 다 지어낸 거짓말들이다. 전두환은 회고록에 이 참의 내용을 기록했다. 광주 것들은 이 전두환 회고록 글에 대해 소송을 걸었다. 광주검사 광주판사들이 오로지 5.18이라는 마패 하나를 치켜들고 법질서를 안하무인 자세로 유린하고 있다. 서울에서라면 기소조차 되지 않았을 거짓말을 참말로 판결할 참이다. 이렇게 하려고 구인하겠다는 것이다.

 

          형사소송법, 민사소송법 유린하는 광주 사법농단에 칼 대라

 

국민 모두가 그리고 국회의원들이 나서야 하는 것은 “왜 전두환을 서울에서 재판받지 못하게 하고 광주법원이 불법부당하게 사건을 강제로 탈취해서 광주법관들이 재판을 하느냐, 그 정당성이 무엇이냐”이렇게 따지는 일이다. 광주법원의 현 작태는 형사소송법 제4조와 제15조를 철저하게 유린하는 행위다. 정치꾼들은 이 문제를 거론하면 자칫 전두환을 옹호하는 것으로 비쳐 정치생명에 타격을 받을 수 있다고 생각하여 기피한다.

 

                  한국당을 나서게 하라

 

그렇다면 전라도로부터 그리고 일부 국민들로부터 미움을 받고 있는 사람은 법의 보호를 받게 할 필요가 없다는 것인가? 우리가 지금 당장 몰려가 항의해야 할 곳은 한국당이다. 한국당이 나서서 유린된 법질서, 유린된 형사소송법 제4조 및 제15조를 원상 회복시켜 법질서를 바로 잡는 데 나서야 한다. 전두환을 구하라는 것이 아니다. 전두환을 도구삼아 국법을 함부로 유린하는 광주법원, 이를 방조하는 대법원의 사법농단 행위를 바로 잡아달라는 것이다. 한국당은 자기이익만 추구하지 말고 공명정대하라.

At last, the last finishing operation is being carried out by Seoul Mayor Park Won-Soon, which is intended to drive former President Jon Doo-Hwan into the street and let him be attacked there with stones. He was deprived of his house, Refrigerators and other household necessaries were distraint. As the truth of the May 18th was uncovered and is now spreading out to all over the country causing an escalating stir, Dracular‘s last canine tooth is performing its last moment of terror, aiming at putting an end to the real existence of Jon Doo-Hwan, the symbol of the May 18th.

 

Jon Doo-Hwan Didn‘t Do Anything Wrong To Be On Trial, The Reds Are Dragging Him Out As They Please

 

January 7, next year can be the day Jon Doo-Hwan might be taken in custody to Gwangju. Jon Doo-Hwan is free from any charge. The Reds, however, invented lies to put a charge on him, and are going to drag the Seoulite to Gwangju to put him on trial, hold a trial of red people‘s court and shoot him dead. About the priest Cho Bee-Oh’s allegation that he witnessed helicopter shooting, the Public Prosecution and Military Prosecution made joint investigation on it during from 1993 to 1995, and confirmed that it was “a downright lie”. The facts are true until here. All the others except it are fabrication and lies. Jon Doo-Hwan recorded true facts in his memoirs. Jeolla province things filed an action against Jon for this memoirs. Gwangju prosecutors and judges are infringing lawful orders audaciously, lifting high up the Old Omnipotent Horse Medal of the May 18th. If it were a case in Seoul, Jon Doo-Hwan would not have been even indicted, but they are just about to judge the lie to be true. It is because they want to do it that they are going to take Jon into custody.

 

Put knife to Gwangju‘s Judicial Monopolization Which Tramples On Criminal Procedure Code and Civil Procedure Code.

 

What all the nation and National Assembly Members have to take it serious about is that we have to question closely on, “Why the Judiciary does not allow Jon Doo-Hwan to be on trial in Seoul Court as regulated in the law, but let the Gwangju court take the case forcibly, illegally and unfairly, and let the Gwangju judges hold the trial as they please? Gwangju Court‘s current illegal practices are evil acts which are thoroughly trampling on the Article 4 and 15 of Criminal Procedure Code. Politicians are trying to evade this matter because they think that, if they make an issue of it, they are apt to be regarded as vindicating Jon Doo-Hwan, and their political career might be attacked.

 

Let the Liberty Korea Party Come Out

 

If so, anyone who is hated by Jeolla province or by some people don‘t deserve to be protected by law? Now the place where we have to throng to and make protest to is Liberty Korea Party. Liberty Korea Party ought to come out to make right the lawful order by restoring the infringed lawful order and the trampled Article 4 and 15 of the criminal Procedure Code in the original state. I am not asking them to rescue Jon Doo-Hwan. I am asking them to make right the Judicial monopolization which Gwangju Court is perpetrating, recklessly trampling on national laws by making cat’s paw of Jon Doo-Hwan‘s case, and to which the Supreme Court is aiding and abetting.
