       오늘 한국당 공모에 신청서를 냈습니다

 

주위의 많은 동지들이 지혜를 제공해 주셔서 마지막 마감일인 오늘 오후, 한국당에 공모신청서를 제출했습니다. 이제부터 한국당의 처리 절차가 진행될 것입니다. 만일 제가 배척된다면 저는 행정법원에 “지만원이 배제된 5.18진상규명위원회 발족 정지 청구의 소”와 가처분신청을 낼 것입니다.

 

2018.2.6. 국방분과위원회가 ‘5.18진상규명법’ 제정을 위해 공청회를 열었습니다. 그에 대한 회의록이 회의 과정 전체를 상세히 기록해 놓았습니다. 그 시각까지는 ‘5.18진상규명법’ 제3조6항에 ”북한군개입설 조작여부“를 규명하자는 안이 들어 있었습니다. 이에 이종명의원이 의사발언을 하였습니다. ”조작설만 넣을 것이 아니라 북한군개입 여부를 규명하는 조항도 함께 넣자“ 이렇게 발언하였습니다 그리고 제가 특별히 공청회를 위해 마련한 ”새로 써야 할 5.18역사“라는 책을 분배해도 좋으냐 위원장에게 허락을 득하였습니다. 이 의견에 한국당 사람들은 물론 5월단체들과 모든 좌파 의원들이 만장일치로 동의하였습니다. 이들 모두는 ‘승복력을 위해’ 이번 기회에 확실히 짚고 가자는데 만장일치의 합의를 하였습니다.

 

결론적으로 제3조6항에는 지만원의 북한군개입설이 사실이냐 조작이냐를 규명하라는 명령이 기재돼 있고, 여기까지에는 지만원의 북한군 개입 주장이 원동력이 되었던 것입니다. 북한군 개입이 사실이라는 책을 쓴 사람은 지만원이고 책의 분량은 400쪽 분량의 책 9권입니다. 반면 지만원의 주장이 조작이라는 책을 낸 사람도 있습니다, 안종철이라는 사람이 2016.에 200여쪽의 책을 통해 자만원의 주장은 조작된 것이라고 주장했습니다. 그런데 이 안종철은 국회의장 추천으로 인해 진상규명위원장으로 추천돼 있습니다.

 

제3조6항에는 북한군개입설이 ‘조작’이냐, ‘사실’이냐를 규명하라고 명령돼 있는데 , ‘조작’이라는 책을 쓴 사람만 들어가고, ‘사실’이라는 책을 9권씩이나 쓴 사람은 들어오지 못하게 하는 것입니다. 이는 목장의 결투장을 열어놓고 한사람에게는 총을 주고 다른 한 사람에게는 총을 박탈하는 행위와 조금도 다르지 않습니다. 이렇게 되면 총을 빼앗긴 지만원은 100% 맞아죽게 돼 있습니다. 이는 불공정한 살인행위입니다. 따라서 “지만원이 제외된 5.18진상규명위원회”는 지만원을 죽이는 권총이 아닐 수 없습니다. 당연히 권익이 침해당하는 것이고 그래서 행정소송의 좋은 소재가 되는 것입니다. 여기에 참으로 해학적인 것은 김성태가 지만원을 배제하는 이유입니다. "지만원은 신성한 5.18을 놓고 감히 북한군이 와서 일으킨 폭동이라 주장한다. 이렇게 황당한 사람을 어떻게 진상규명위에 넣을 수 있느냐?" 는 것입니다. 제3조6항에서는 북한군개입 여부를 규명하자 해놓고, 이 나라에서 북한군 개입을 주장한 유일한 사람을 단지 북한군개입을 끈질기게 주장한 사람이기 때문이 부적합한 인물이라 주장하는 것입니다. 코미디도 이 이상의 코미디는 없을 것입니다.  

 

한국당이 지만원을 끝까지 배제하면, 오늘 제가 공모절차에 신청서를 제출했기 때문에 저는 강제로 배제된 희생자가 되는 것입니다. 다행이 한국당에서 사리분별을 확실하게 해서 정답을 낸다면 매우 환영할 일이겠지만, 만일 그 반대의 경우가 된다면 즉시 가처분신청을 해야 합니다. 오늘 신청서를 제출한 것은 이 두 가지 경우를 위해 필요한 조건을 마련해 두는 절차였습니다. 끝으로 이런 조언을 여러 차례 해주신 동지들에게 감사드리며, 집회 때마다 많이 오셔서 뜻을 뭉쳐주신 모든 애국국민들께 감사드립니다.

 

김상진 대장은 오늘 밤도 차디 찬 아스팔트에 얇은 텐트를 치고 잠을 잡니다. 맞은편 길 건너에는 80평이 넘는다는 호화로운 한강자이아파트에서 김성태가 잠을 잡니다. 김성태가 인물다운 사람이라면 찾아가서 따뜻한 이야기를 나누면 얼마나 아름다워 보이겠습니까?

 

강서구 가양동 1,500번지, 한강자이아파트입니다. 9호선 가양역 1번 출구로 나와 300미터 직진하면 4거리가 나오고, 그 4거리에서 우회전하여 200미터 가면 집회 소리가 들립니다. 앞으로 최소한 1개월 동안은 밤이나 낮이나 그곳에 가시면 언제나 그들의 얼어붙은 손을 잡으실 수 있습니다. 부탁합니다. 

 

I Submitted Application for Recruitment to Liberty Korea Party

 

I Thank you many fellow members around me for giving wisdom. Following your advice, I submitted application for recruitment to Liberty Korea Party this afternoon the closing day. From now on, the Liberty Korea Party will take necessary steps to deal with this matter. In case I am rejected, I will file an action along with provisional disposition to the Administrative Court “pleading for suspension of inauguration of the May 18th Fact-Finding Committee from which Jee Man-Won is excluded”.

 

On Feb 6, 2018, the Defense Subcommittee held a hearing for legislation of 'the May 18th Fact-Finding Law'. Conference records on the hearing has a full and minute record of the whole process of the conference. Up to that time, a proposal to find out 'whether the theory of North Korean troops intervention is a fabrication or not' was put in the Article 3 Clause 6 of the May 18th Truth-Finding Law. About this, the National Assembly member Lee Jong-Myong made a suggestion under chairman's permission. "It is not a matter to put in fabrication theory only, let's put in the provision together which requests truth-finding on whether North Korean troops intervened or not" was his suggestion. And he asked the chairman if he can distribute the book "The May 18th History That Has To Be Rewritten" which I specially prepared for the hearing, and he got chairman's permission For this suggestion, all the participants of Liberty Korea Party members, the May 18th organizations and ruling Party members consented unanimously. The went on to agree unanimously to make the most of this opportunity to secure "general acceptability".

 

To speak in conclusion, the Article 3 Clause 6 has a written order to find out truth on whether Jee Man-Won's theory of North Korean troops intervention is true of fabrication, and up to here, Jee Man-Won's contention of North Korean troops intervention has played the role of motive power. The man who wrote the book contending that North Korean troops' intervention is true is Jee Man-Won, and the volume of the contents are published in nine books of about 400 pages each. While on the other, there is another man who issued a book alleging that Jee Man-Won's contention is a fabrication. The man, Ahn Jong-Chul, made an allegation in his book of about 200 pages issued in 2016 that Jee Man-Won's contention is a fabrication. This Ahn Jong-Chul, however, is recommended by the Chairman of the National Assembly as chairman of the truth-finding committee.

 

Now while the Article 3 Clause 6 gives an order to find out truth on whether the theory of North Korean Troops intervention is fabrication or true, current situation allows only the man to come in who wrote a book contending it is fabrication, but it is banning the other man from coming in who wrote as much as nine books contending it is true. This is not different from the situation when they prepare a place of fight a dual, they give a gun to one man but take the gun from the other man. When things go on like this, Jee Man-Won is destined to shot dead 100 percent. This is unfair killing. Therefore, "the May 18th Truth-Finding Committee from which Jee Man-Won is excluded" is anything but a pistol that kills Jee Man-Won. As a matter of course, Jee Man-Won's rights will be violated, and this will be a good material for raising an administrative suit. Now what is so funny about it is the reason Kim Sung-Tae is taking to reject Jee Man-Won. What he is saying is, "As for the sacred May 18th movement, Jee Man-Won alleges that it was an armed riot raised by North Korean troops who were then there. How can we put this kind of non-sensical man in the truth-finding committee". To the contrary of the Article 3 Clause 6 which specifies the truth-finding inquiry on whether North Korean troops intervened or not, Kim Sung-Tae is insisting that the only man who made the contention of North Korean troops intervention is inadequate to be a member only because he persistently contended that North Korean troops really intervened. There might be no comedy funnier than this comedy.

 

If Liberty Korea Party rejects me to the last minute, then I will be made to a forcibly rejected victim as I submitted application for the open recruitment today. If Liberty Korea Party is fortunate to restore discretion and give out correct answer, that will be a great welcome to us. But in case things go on to the contrary, I will have to start an action of provisional disposition. The reason I submitted application today is because we'd better go through the formalities to provide conditions that would be necessary for two separate cases. Closing the line, I would thank my fellow members for giving me so good advise. I also thank all the patriotic citizen for taking part in the rallies showing firmly united patriotic spirits.

 

Captain Kim Sang-Jin is sleeping tonight also in the thin tent on the cold asphalt pavement. On the opposite side of the road, Kim Sung-Tae is sleeping in his luxurious Han-kang Jai apartment larger than 80 pyong (264 square meters). If Kim Sung-Tae is a man of good personality, wouldn't it look beautiful if he come down and walk a little to see him and have warm talk together.

 

The place is Han-kang Jai apartment, 1500 Kayang-dong, Kangsuh-gu. At least one month from now day and night, you can take him by his frozen hands whenever you come there. Please help him if possible.
