얼마나 많은 말을 해야 할까

단도직입적으로 말하자면

북한군이 왔는지에 대한

실체적 진실을 규명하는 공식 임무는

판사의 영역도 아니고

국회의 영역도 아니고

언론의 영역도 아니고

오로지 국방부의 영역이다.

 

언론들은 보도했다

북한군 개입

판사도 아니라 했고

국회도 아니라 했고

국방부도 아니라 했다고

하지만 이 모든 언론 보도는 가짜다

 

북한군 개입 여부는 오로지 국방부가 판단한다

이를 부정하면 그 자체가 가짜뉴스다

그런데 국방부가 2019.2.12. 발표했다

국방부는

북한군 개입 여부를 조사하는 주무부처 맞다

그런데 국방부는

북한군이 왔는지 안 왔는지 조사한 바 없다

그런 조사는 미래에 밝혀져야 할 문제다

5.18진상규명위원회가 밝혀야 할 문제다 

이렇게 발표했다

국방부의 이 발표를 부정할 수 있는

공식적 존재는 없다

 

국방부가 풀지 못한 문제를

지만원이 풀었다

To confirm whether the NK special troops had participated or not in the 5.18 Riot

To confirm whether or not NK troops participated is an exclusive responsibility of the Ministry of Defense

If this is denied, it becomes false by itself

 

At long last, the Ministry of Defense announced on February 12, 2019

That the Ministry of Defense is the only government agency that should investigate the NK special troops’ involvement

That the Ministry of Defense hasn’t conducted an investigation about the fact yet

That the investigation is a matter that must be revealed by the 5.18 Fact Finding Commission in the future

Accordingly there is none to deny the MOD’s announcement

Finally, Jee Man-won solved the problem that the MOD could not settle
