  트럼프는 미친 것이 아니라 비범한 세기적 천재

 

많은 이들은 트럼프를 염려하지만 나는 그를 감상한다. 그는 지난 2월 28일, 하노이로 김정은을 불러 인사불성으로 두들겨 패서 평양으로 보냈다. “항복하고 내 품에 안길래, 아니면 시진핑 믿고 핵무기 끌어안고 죽을래, 양자 선택 해라. 그 중간은 없다” 이어서 트럼프는 대북 추가제재를 취하기로 했고, 북한을 옥조이기 위한 해상봉쇄를 가했다. 이런 과정에 트럼프가 갑자기 “황당한”(?) 명령을 내렸다. “추가제재를 철회하라”. 한국의 많은 언론들은 이에 대해 트럼프를 종잡을 수 없는 미치광이라고 매도했다. 이 시각까지 내가 아무리 보아도 트럼프의 이 변덕스런 명령의 본질을 제대로(?) 설명하는 사람 보이지 않는다.

 

  추가제재보다 더 무서운 해상봉쇄 이미 가동

 

트럼프는 기존의 대북제재는 탄탄하게 유지하라는 정책을 변동 없이 고수하고 있다. 여기에 더해 트럼프는 엄청난 비용을 감수하면서 북한에 대한 해상봉쇄를 추가했다. 추가봉쇄는 말만 험악했지, 해상봉쇄라는 미증유의 가장 강력한 압박과 봉쇄 효과를 넘지 못한다. 말이 추가봉쇄 조치이지 내용을 따지면 그 효과가 아마도 미미한 것일 수 있다. 선심을 쓰는 척 하지만 트럼프는 추가봉쇄보다 여러 배 더 무서은 해상봉쇄 조치를 취하고 있는 것이다. 겉으론 유화제스처를 쓰고 있지만 이는 그에 유리한 상징을 제조하는 고도의 정치 술이다.

 

  궁구물박(窮寇勿迫), 트럼프의 예술

 

많은 식자들이 궁구물박이라는 말을 많이 한다. 군사가 적을 포위할 때, 한쪽에는 반드시 도망갈 길을 터놓아야 한다는 말이다. 만약 독 안에 든 쥐로 만들면 사력을 다하여 실력 이상의 힘을 발휘하기 때문에 이쪽의 손해도 커진다는 뜻이다. 도망갈 길이 막힌 쥐는 고양이를 문다는 것이다. 따라서 위기를 연착륙시키려면 도망갈 길이 막혀버린 김정은을 너무 압박하면 안 되는 것이다.  트럼프가 하노이 회담 이전에 취한 봉쇄전략은 어디까지나 예술에 속하는 “전략”이었다. 하지만 하노이 회담결렬은 말이 회담 결렬이지 사실상 김정은에는 참을 수 없는 치욕이요 목숨을 노리는 압박이다. 이런 김정은을 향해 ‘추가제재’는 질이 떨어지는 ‘감정’의 차원이다. ‘전략’은 예술의 장르에 속하지만, ‘감정’은 전략이 경계해야 하는 미물들의 ‘반사작용’에 해당한다.

 

  트럼프의 천재성은 2017년 2월부터 돋보였다

 

트럼프는 2017.1월에 취임했다. 2월에 중동 IS 8개국 국민들을 미국에 들어오지 못하게 하는 반이민법을 추진했다. 나는 트럼프가 IS국가들에 매우 해로운 조치를 취하겠구나, 생각했다. 아니나 다를까 그는 2017.12.7. 예루살렘을 이스라엘에 넘겨주었다. 이 순간이 바로 내개 트럼프를 미국의 애국자요 천재라고 생각했다.

 

   기습전 환경 조성한 트럼프, 세기적인 대 전략가  

 

김정은을 싱가포르로 불러내 그와 놀아줄 때, 나는 그가 레짐 체인지를 노리고 있는 것이 아니라 블록 체인지를 노리고 있다고 생각했다. 김정은을 이용해 북한을 중국진영에서 떼어내 미국진영으로 흡수하겠다는 것이다. 그리고 이번 2월 말 하노이 목장의 결투 , 그는 김정은을 기습적으로 쏘았다. 최후통첩을 한 것이다. 이어서 물 샐틈 없이 봉쇄한다는 해상봉쇄, 해상봉쇄에는 엄청난 군사력이 투입되기 때문에 언제든 그 군사력이 무력전쟁을 수행할 수 있다. 해상봉쇄에는 언제나 정찰기와 나포수단들이 총 동원된다. 이들을 엄호하는 공격 및 폭격 수단들이 대규모로 동원되는 것이다. 따라서 북한은 언제 공격당할지 모르는 상태에서 기습을 당하게 된다. 북한이 이를 모를 리 없다. 우냐, 좌냐?

Trump Is Not Crazy But An Extraordinary Genius of a Century

 

Many people worry about Trump, but I appreciate him. On last February 28, He called Kim Jong-Un to Hanoi, beat the consciousness out of him, and sent him back to PyongYang. “You choose between the two, whether you’d surrender and come and nestle in my arms or you’d die embracing nuclear weapon believing Shi Jin-Ping. There is no mid-zone”. Following this, he decided to put additional sanctions on North Korea, and enforced sea blockade to put more squeeze on North Korea. In this process, Trump gave a sudden “absurd(?)” order. “Withdraw additional sanctions”. Many news media in Korea responded to it by disparaging Trump as a crazy man of no reason and logic. Still far I have been unable to find anyone who properly(?) explained the true nature of Trump’s whimsical order like this.

 

Sea Blockade, More Dreadful Than Additional Sanctions, Already in Operation

 

Trump is unchangingly sticking to the policy that demands to maintain the existing anti-North Korea sanctions strongly. In addition to it, Trump added sea blockade on North Korea suffering huge amount of expense. Additional sanctions has severe meaning in word itself, but actually it can not exceed the effects of the unprecedentedly strongest pressure and blocking of what’s called a sea blockade. It is an additional sanctions in name only, but when we actually look into it closely, the effect might be something of insignificance. He is making as if he is doing kindness, but Trump is putting enforcement of sea blockade which is many times more dreadful than additional sanctions. Though he is taking appeasement gesture outwardly, it is a high level of political technic that produces a symbol favorable to him.

 

Trump’s Art of War, -- When Surrounding the Enemy, Leave Them A Way Open to Run Away

 

Many well-intelligent men say it so often, that is, when doing operation to surround the enemy, you should leave a way open for the enemy to run away. This means that if you drive a rat into a jar (with no chance to get away), you will also suffer bigger damage because it would exercise stronger power over its real capability to fight desperately. There is a saying that a rat which has no way out would bite a cat. Therefore, to make soft landing of this crisis, Trump would not be going to put too much pressure on Kim Jong-Un who has no way out to run away. Trump’s sea blockade strategy which he took before Hanoi Talks was “a strategy” that belongs to the realm of art through and through. The rupture of Hanoi Talks was a rupture in name only, but actually it was an unbearable disgrace to Kim Jong-Un and a pressure with an eye to his life. This ‘additional sanctions’ heading toward emotion are only in the dimension of ‘emotional impulse’ of lower grade. While ‘strategy’ belongs to a genre of art, ‘emotional impulse’ corresponds to only ‘conditioned reflex’ of a trifle creature which a strategy should be on guard against.

Trump took office in January, 2017. In February, he pushed forward an anti-immigration law which bans the people of IS eight countries in Middle East from entering America. I thought Trump would take an action very disadvantageous to IS countries. As was expected, he turned Jerusalem over of Israel in December 7, 2017. This very moment was the time when I began to think Trump as an American patriot and genius.

 

Trump Created an Environment for Surprise Attack, A Great Strategist Of a Century

 

When Trump called Kim Jong-Un out to Singapore last year and played with him, I thought he was not aiming for regime change but was aiming for block change. He was meaning to tear North Korea apart from Chinese camp and to make it absorbed into American camp. And at the Gunfight at Hanoi Corral in the end of last February, -- he made a surprise attack to shoot Kim Jong-Un. This means that he sent an ultimatum to Kim. And the subsequent sea blockade which are known to block everything everywhere without any leakage, -- as a great military power is put into the sea blockade, this military potential can get into/carry out armed war anytime they want. For sea blockade, reconnaissance planes and capturing means are mobilized everywhere. And various means of attack and bombing are mobilized in a massive scale to protect them. Accordingly, North Korea will be attacked by surprise while they are not aware of when they would be attacked. North Korea has no reason not to know about it, where they should turn to, right or left?
