       1월 23일(수) 김진태 당대표 출마 선언식

 

이날(1.23.) 오후 2시 국회 잔디공원에서 김진태 의원이 출사표를 던집니다. 저는 그 자리에 나가 김진태 의원을 적극 지지한다는 3분 스피치를 하기로 하였습니다. 제가 김진태 의원을 적극 지지하는 이유는 두 가지입니다. 첫째는 그가 5.18에서의 승패가 곧 이 나라의 운명이라는 사실을 진정으로 인식하고 있는 매우 드문 정치인이기 때문이고, 둘째는 그는 그가 믿는 소신을 위해 눈치 보지 않고 저돌적으로 밀고 나가는 용기 있는 정치인이기 때문입니다. 들쥐처럼 여론의 눈치를 보는 것이 아니라 과감하게 여론을 만들어 내고 이끌어 가는 매우 보기 드문 정치인이기 때문입니다. 바로 이것이 진정한 정치인이 갖추어야 할 속성인 것입니다.  진정한 리더는 여론을 만들어내고, 이끌어 가고, 분석되지 않은 잘못 된 여론을 바로 잡아주는 사람이지, 여론에 편승하는 사람이 아닙니다. 

 

그는 나라가 어려울 때 소신 발언을 많이 해주었습니다. 우익사회에 한 줄기 빛을 보여주면서 많은 박수를 받았습니다. 그는 5.18의 진실은 반드시 밝혀져야 하며 지만원의 인격과 실력을 신뢰하면서 지만원만이 5.18과의 전쟁에서 이길 수 있는 유일한 장수라는 사실을 충분히 인식하였습니다. 지만원을 통해 5.18의 역사를 바로 잡겠다는 전략적 소신을 수많은 자리에서 천명함으로서 애국국민으로부터 우뢰와 같은 박수를 받고 있는 정치인입니다. 저는 이런 정치인 처음 구경합니다.

 

         황교안은 기회주의자, 5.18과 광주의 노예

 

반면 황교안은 5.18 성역을 수호하기 위해 줄을 선 사람입니다. 시류에 영합하고 권력에 아부하는 기회주의자입니다. 한마디로 광주의 노예이고 권력의 노예이고 여론의 노예인 사람입니다. 그 이유를 말씀드립니다. 2013.6.10. 정홍원 당시 총리는 국회에서 민주주의의 근간을 허무는 두 가지 결정적인 망발을 하였습니다.

 

“5.18에 북한군이 개입하지 않았다는 것이 정부의 판단이다. 이에 반하는 표현은 역사왜곡이고, 역사왜곡은 반사회적 행위로, 이에 가담한 일베회원들의 글은 삭제 등의 적절한 조치를 취하고, 북한특수군 개입을 증언시킨 방송들은 방통위를 통해 제재할 것이며 역사왜곡자들은 검찰조사를 받게 될 것이다”

 

“전두환 전 대통령 미납추징금에 대해 ‘검찰이 환수해야 하는데, 그렇게 못한데 대해 아주 유감’이다. 검찰이 전담팀을 구성해 강한 의지를 갖고 집행하기 위한 노력을 하고 있기 때문에 성과가 있을 것이다.”

 

당시 법무장관이었던 황교안은 정홍원에 이렇게 아부하였습니다. 

“5.18역사왜곡에 대해 철저히 수사하겠습니다” “전두환 전대통령의 미납 추징금에 대해 국민들이 추징의사가 없는 것으로 의심을 안 하셔도 됩니다. 철저히 추징하겠습니다. 2010년 마지막 추징 이후 검찰전담팀이 지속적으로 노력하지만 숨겨진 재산을 찾지 못했습니다. 금년 10월이 집행시효 만기인데 이를 넘기지 않도록 최선을 다해 국민 걱정 덜어드릴 것입니다.”

 

5.18에 대해 인생의 황금기를 다 바쳐 연구한 것이 어째서 역사왜곡이고 처벌대상이라는 말입니까? 민주주의의 근간은 공론의 장입니다. 황교안은 이렇게 중요한 공론의 장을 막겠다 서슬 퍼렇게 발언했습니다. 이 사실은 민주주의를 후퇴시키는 주홍글씨로 그에게 달라붙은 영원한 꼬리표가 될 것입니다.

김진태의 라이벌로 등장한 황교안, 무슨 공적을 쌓았다고 결정적인 시기에 입당하여 자리를 노리는 것입니까? 국가가 어지러울 때, 국민이 갈 길을 잃었을 때, 그가 국민을 생각했었나요? 답답해 하는 국민에 용기를 주는 말, 단 한 마디 했었는가요? “하나님의 응답을 기다린다”는 말 말고 그로부터 들은 말 별로 없습니다. 그러면 그는 지금도 하나님의 말씀을 기다려야 할 사람입니다. 영웅은 어려울 때 나서서 국민을 이끌어 가는 사람입니다.  국가가 어려울 때 그는 기도만 했나요? 어느 길이 이로운가를 놓고 간을 보고 있었나요? 그는 간을 보다가 밥상에 차려진 음식을 보고서야 숟가락 들고 달려들었습니다. 먹이가 있어야 달려드는 주판 놓는 샌님이 바로 황교안인 것입니다. 

 

        자리가 있으면 일하고 없으면 안 하는 영원한 공무원 

 

그는 통진당 해산을 업적으로 내놓습니다. 그건 그가 법무장관이었기에 할 수 있었던 일입니다. 애국이 어디 한번의 공적만 세우면 끝나는 성격의 것이던가요? 그는 어떤 종류의 사람입니까? 자리가 있으면 일을 하고, 자리가 없으면 아무 일도 하지 못하는 전형적인 공무원, 영원한 공무원이 아닌지요? 역사의식도 없고, 매가리도 없고, 주관성도 없는 이런 황교안을 수백 트럭 싣고 와도 저는 김진태 한 사람과 바꾸지 않습니다. 

    5.18 바로 잡자는 정치인 국민 지지 받지만, 그 반대에 선 자들 버림 받을 것  

 

저는 이제까지 정치를 멀리 해왔습니다. 1988년 김대중이 여러 사람들을 제게 보내 장관 등의 자리를 맡으라 하였습니다. 김상현 의원, 황원탁 안보수석, 김태동 경제수석, 박금옥 총무수석, 박지원 통일장관이 저를 만났습니다. 하지만 저는 싫다 하였습니다. 2000년 4월 총선을 앞두고 한나라당 부총재 홍사덕 의원이 저를 두 번 찾아왔습니다. 전국구의원 자리를 맡으라 해서, 싫다 했더니 다시 찾아와 정책위 위원장 자리를 맡으라 제의하였습니다. 저는 창의력으로 일하고 싶어 모두 사양하였습니다. 그런데 이제 와서 왜 갑자기 정치인과 손을 잡는 것입니까? 국가가 너무 위태롭기 때문입니다. 국가를 살리는 길은 오로지 5.18을 뒤집는 길 하나 밖에 없습니다. 그와 제가 합치면 시너지가 발생합니다. 그와 제가 발산시킬 에너지만이 5.18을 뒤집을 수 있다는 믿음 때문에 그와 손을 잡으려는 것입니다. 5.18사기극을 바로 잡자 나서는 사람은 국민의 지지를 받지만, 이에 반대하는 자들은 국민으로부터 버림 받게 될 것입니다.  그와 제가 합치면 한국당과 애국 태극기 세력이 하나가 될 것입니다.  이는 예삿일이 아니라 이 나라 정치발전과 구국의 여정에 매우 획기적인 역사적 모뉴먼트가 될 것입니다.    

 

저는 생각합니다. 우리는 단합하여 일단 김진태를 당대표로 만들어야 합니다. 그는 한국당의 희망이기도 하지만 철옹성처럼 버티고 있는 5.18의 성역을 무너뜨릴 수 있는 유일한 백기사이기도 합니다. 이러하기에 저는 그를 지지하고, 여러분들의 지지를 호소하는 것입니다. 5.18이 무너지면 주사파가 멸종됩니다. 바로 이것이 "빨갱이 없는 세상"을 만드는 유일한 길입니다. 

 

 

Jee Man-Won Supports Kim Jin-Tae

 

Kim Jin-Tae to Declare His Candidacy for Representative of His Party on Jan. 23(Wednesday)

 

At 2 O’clock P.M on this day (Jan. 23), National Assembly member Kim Jin-Tae will declare his candidacy for Representative of his party on the grass garden of the National Assembly. I agreed to go out there and make three minute speech to announce that I support him positively. There are two reasons why I positively support the Assembly member Kim Jin-Tae. Firstly, he is a rare politician who sincerely cognizes the fact that the final consequence of the May 18th battle will decide the destiny of this country, and secondly he is a courageous politician who pushes his belief through without seeing how the wind blows. He is an extraordinary politician we rarely see who does not study public opinion secretly like a field mouse but creates and leads it in a decisive manner. This is the very property a true politician should get ready for.

 

He expressed his firm belief many times in this national crisis. He received warm big applause showing a streak of light in the rightist society. He has a conviction that the May 18th truth should be disclosed, and he trusts Jee Man-Won’s personality and competence. Also he fully recognizes that Jee Man-Won is the only commander-in-chief who can win the battle of the May 18th history. He is a politician who receives thunderous applause from patriotic people by declaring his strategic belief in various places that he want to put the May 18th history to rights through Jee Man-Won. It’s my first time to see so promising politician like him

 

Hwang Kyo-Ahn Is An Opportunist, A Slave to the May 18th and Gwangju

 

On the other hand, Hwang Kyo-Ahn is a man who stood in line to protect the sanctuary of the May 18th. He is an opportunist who acts according to the situation and flatters to political power. In a word, he is a slave to Gwangju, a slave to political power and a slave to public opinion. Let me tell you the reason. On June 10, 2013, then Prime Minister Jong Hong-Won made two decisive absurd remarks in the National Assembly that can destroy basic principle of democracy.

 

“It is governmental judgement that North Korean troops did not intervened in the May 18th incident. Any expression opposed to it is distortion of history, and distorting history is anti-society behavior. Government will take proper action to erase the writings of Ilbe members who took part in it and will inflict punishment on the broadcasts through Korea communications Commission, and the distorters of history shall be interrogated by the prosecution”.

 

“As to the additional collection in arrears from former President Jon Doo-Hwan, ‘the prosecution should claw it back, but it is really regrettable that things haven’t been done to that effect’. But now as the prosecution has organized exclusive responsibility team and is making efforts to enforce it with a strong will, I expect it will get good result”.

 

As to this, the then Minister of Justice Hwang Kyo-Ahn flattered to Jong Hong-Won like this.

 

“The prosecution will make thorough investigation on the distortion of the May 18th history”.

“As to the matter of additional collection in arrears from the former President Jong Doo-Hwan, the people don’t have to be suspicious that the Prosecution has no intention to collect it. We will take measure to collect it completely. The prosecution has been making continuous efforts since the last collection in the year 2010, but failed to find out hidden assets. Considering that the enforcement limitation expires in October this year, we will do our best not to pass through it and give relief to national anxiety.”

 

Hwang Kyo-Ahn who entered into rivalry with Kim Jin-Tae, -- what kind of meritorious deed has he been putting up to join the party and aim at the important post? Has he ever made much of the nation when the country was in chaos, or when the nation lost their way? Has he ever uttered a word of hope to the public which could encourage them when they were suffocating so much? We’ve heard not much from him except “I am waiting for a reply from God”. Then he should be the man waiting for a word from God still now. A hero is a figure who comes out to lead the people in time of difficulty. Has he been only praying when the country was in difficulty? Has he been seeing how the food was salted(how the wind blew) as to which way would be more adventageous to him? The latter is true. He has been seeing how the food was salted, and then he rushed in when he saw that the food was served on the dining table. A prudish weak-kneed fellow who is clever with his avacus to rush in where there is a prey, -- this is Hwang Kyo-Ahn.

 

A Permanent Civil Servant Who Works When in A Post, But Does Not Do Any Work When Out of Post

 

He brings forward the dissolution of The Unified Progressive Party(UPP) for his achievement. The fact was, he was successful to do it as he was in the post of the Minister of Justice. Is patriotism of the nature to be finished when a man was successful to perform one meritorial achievement at one time? What kind of a man is he? Isn’t he a typical example of civil servant, a permanent civil servant who does his work when in a post, but can not do any work when out of post? I would not change the single man of Kim Jin-Tae for this kind of Hwang Kyo-Ahn even if they should bring hundreds of truck load of him to me.

 

So far, I have been staying away from politics. In the year 1998, former President Kim Dae-Joong sent important figures to me, and ask me to take the post of Minister, etc.. They were the Assembly Member Kim Sang-Hyon, National Security Advisor Hwang Hyon-Tak, National Economy Advisor Kim Tae-Dong, Secretary of General Affairs Park Keun-Ok and the Minister of Unification Park Jee-Won. But I replied that I was not interested in them. Just before the April general election in 2000, vice-President of then HanNaRa Party Hong Sah-Dok visited me twice. He asked me to take the post of an Assembly member of national constituency. I replied that I am not interested. Then he visited me again and asked me to take the post of chairman of Policy Development Committee. I declined them all with thanks because I preferred to work with my creative power. Then why do I grasp a politician’s hands all of a sudden by now? It is because our country is in too dangerous situation. The only way we can save the country is to turn over the May 18th. When he and I unite each efforts together, a synergy effect comes into being. Because I have the conviction that only this synergy, which he and I would be jointly generating, can turn over the May 18th, I am going to grasp his hands in cooperation with him.

 

I have been thinking. We should unite together first of all to make Kim Jin-Tae Representative of his Party. He is not only a prominent hopeful of Liberty Korea Party, but he is also an only white knight who can destroy the sanctuary of May 18th which is resisting like strong fortification. This is why I give my full support to him, and am asking you all to support him. When the May 18th collapse, then Jusapa will also be exterminated. This is the only way to make the world devoid of the Reds.
