이현종은 문화일보 논설위원, 최진봉은 성공회대 신문방송학과 교수입니다. 이 두 사람은 은 2018.11.8. YTN 방송 “자유한국당 지만원에 골머리” 라는 제목의 프로에 나와 지만원을 정신병자, 공상허언증 환자로 몰았습니다. 이 두 사람이 공통으로 주장한 것은 “지만원의 북한군 개입 주장은 어불성설”이라는 것입니다. 2018.2.28. 국회가 통과시킨 “5.18진상규명특별법” 제3조 6항을 집어넣은 것이 어불성설이며, 앞으로 5.18진상규위는 북한군 개입 같은 것을 규명하지 말아야 한다고 주장합니다. 이는 정치적 선동입니다. 위와 같은 공동주장의 토대 위에서 위 두 사람은 아래와 같이 개별 주장을 하였습니다.

 

         이현종 발언의 요지

 

1. 이현종은 이종명 의원이 지만원을 추천한 바 없다고 밝혔다. 그런데도 지만원은 이종명 의원이 자기를 추천했다고 거짓말을 하면서 김성태를 모함했다.

 

2. 광수 주장에는 전혀 근거가 없다. 지만원은 자기가 주장하는 것만으로 그것이 정답이라는 황당한 주장을 한다.

 

3. 이상을 보면 지만원은 대화가 안 되는 공상허언증 환자다. 이런 자가 한국당에 가면 한국당이 망하고, 5.18진상규명위원회에 가면 그 조직이 망한다.

 

4. 더 요약하면 지만원은 거짓말장이고 광수를 주장하는 데에는 전혀 근거가 없고 자기주장이 무조건 정답이라 주장한다. 자기 상상을 아무런 근거 없이 사실이라고 주장하는 황당한 인간이다. 이런 자는 한국당 근처에도, 5.18진상규명 근처에도 접근하지 못하게 해야 한다.

 

5. 이는 지만원의 18년 연구와 우리 500만야전군 회원들 및 노숙자담요의 연구-분석 노력을 짓밟고 폄훼하는 것입니다. 북한의 남침 사실을 앞장서서 막아주는 사람이 이현종입니다. 지만원 개인의 인격을 ‘못 말리는 정신병자’, ‘공상허언증 환자’로 매도하여 사회적으로 격리시켜야 한다는 것을 전국민을 상대로 역설하였습니다. 매우 악랄한 인격살인 행위가 아닐 수 없습니다.

 

       최진봉 발언의 요지

 

1. 계엄군은 광주에서 양민을 학살했고, 여성들을 성폭행했다. 이것이 정부가 밝힌 내용이다. 그런데 지만원은 이 정부 발표를 부정하고 지속적으로 정부발표에 반하는 주장을 했다. 양민학살도 성폭행도 모두 계엄군이 저질렀다는 것이 정부의 발표인데도 불구하고 지만원은 정부를 믿지 않고 이에 반하는 주장을 계속해서 법원으로부터 여러 차례 시정하라는 법원의 명령을 다수의 판결서들을 통해 수령하였음에도 지만원은 이를 계속해서 무시했다. 이는 못 말리는 정신병적 행태일 것이다.

 

2. 지만원은 기부천사 문근영을 빨갱이라고 매도한 사람이다. 문근영이가 누구냐? 모든 국민들이 찬사에 찬사를 거듭한 예쁜 배우가 아니냐?“ 이렇게 어여쁘고 아름다운 마음씨를 가지고 익명으로 8억 5천만 원씩이나 기부한 어린 배우에게 나이 먹은 극우 지만원은 무자비하게도 ”저 문근영이는 오로지 빨갱이일 뿐이다“ 이렇게 주장한 악한이다. 인정도 없고 아름다움에 대한 감성도 없는 짐승 같은 사람이다.

 

3. 지만원은 순전히 개인의 이익을 위해 김성태를 공격하는 것이다.  황당무게한 거짓말로 오로지 개인의 이익을 추구하기 위해 진상규명위에 들어오겠다는 것은 원천 봉쇄해야 한다, 

 

         결 론  

이 두 사람(이현종, 최진봉)의 주장은 모두 허위사실입니다. 이 엄청난 허위사실을 동원하면서 이 두 피고는 무엇을 도모한 것인입니까? 1) 지만원을 죽이려 한 것이고 2) 북한의 선선포고 없는 남침 범죄행위를 가로 막아주려는 여적행위를 한 것입니다. 이 두 사람은 지만원을 형편 없는 또라이로 취급하고 매도했습니다. 이 사건을 통해 그들이 과연 지만원을 또라이라고 입증시킬 수 있을 것인지 그들의 실력이 참으로 기대됩니다.  

 

             청구취지 

 

1. 피고1,2는 각 원고에게 100,000,000원(1억원) 및 이 사건 소장 부본 송달 일부터 다 갚는 날까지 연15%의 비율에 의한 금원을 지급하고

2.소송비용은 피고의 부담으로 한다는 판결을 구합니다.

서정갑에게는 1억 민사소와 형사소를 제기하였습니다. 아마 서정갑은 1억원 청구취지가 기재된 소장을 곧 접수할 것입니다. 소송에서의 지만원 장점은 소장과 고소장을 지만원이 빠른 속도로 쓸 수 있다는 점입니다. 이 두 사람들의 악행도 서정갑의 악행에 별로 뒤지지 않을 것입니다. 단지 다른 점이 있다면 서정갑은 무식을 여과 없이 그대로 노출했고, 위 두 사람들은 유식을 가장 하여 이념공격을 가했다는 점일 것입니다.

Lee Hyon-Jong is an editorial writer of Munhwa Daily Newspaper, Choi Jin-Bong is a professor of department of mass communication in SungKongHoe University. They appeared on YTN TV on November 8, 2018 in a program titled "Liberty Korea Party, Suffering from Headache of Jee Man-Won", and unjustly labelled Jee Man-Won as a mental patient or pseudologia fantastica patient. What these two men alleged in common is "Jee Man-Won's contention of North Korea troops' intervention is an absolute nonsense". They are insisting that the insertion of Article 3 Clause 6 in the Special Law which was passed by the National Assembly was an absolute nonsense, and that from now on, the May 18th fact-finding committee should not have to make inquiry and investigation on such matter as North Korean troops intervention. This is an obvious political demagogism. On the basis of common allegations above, they made further allegations below respectively.

 

Keynote of Lee Hyon-Jong's Utterance

 

1. Lee Hyon-Jong said the National Assembly member Lee Jong-Myong had never recommended Jee Man-Won, but Jee Man-Won was lying that Lee Jong-Myong recommended him, thereby intriguing against Kim Sung-Tae.

 

2. Jee Man-Won's allegation of Gwangsoo is groundless at all. He is making an absurd contention that what he alleges is true and correct answer.

 

3. Taking it into consideration, you will know that Jee Man-Won is surely a pseudologia fantastica patient nobody can talk with. If this kind of man is admitted to Liberty Korea Party, the Party will go to ruin, and if admitted to the May 18th fact-finding committee, the organization will go down to ruin

 

4. To make more short, Jee Man-Won is a liar, is making a totally groundless allegation of Gwangsoo, and is insisting that his contention is unconditional correct answer. He is an absurd man who is insisting without solid foundation that his imagination is a real fact. This sort of man should not be allowed to go anywhere near Liberty Korea Party nor the May 18th fact-finding committee.

 

5. Lee Hyon-Jong's utterance above was an act treading down and disparaging Jee Man-Won's eighteen year long research, five million field army members, and Nosookja-Dahmnyo's (homeless-blanket) efforts for research and analysis. Lee Hyon-Jong took the lead to cover up the fact of North Korea's criminal invasion into South Korea, and he urged upon all the nation the necessity of separating Jee Man-Won from society, railing against Jee Man-Won's personality as he is 'hopeless mental patient and pseudo fantastica patient'. This s not other than knavish killing of other's personality.

 

Keynote of Choi Jin Bong's Utterance

 

1. Martial Law troops massacred innocent people in Gwangju, and raped women. This is what the government disclosed. But Jee Man-Won denied governmental announcement, and kept alleging just the opposite of it. It is governmental announcement that the massacre of innocent people and the rape of women were all committed by the martial law troops. But Jee Man-Won did not believe the government, and kept repeating his contention to the contrary. For this, he was given written judgement from the court several times which ordered him to make correction, but Jee Man-Won kept ignoring them. This will have to be a pattern of helpless mental patient.

 

2. Jee Man-Won once spoke ill of Moon Kun-Yong, an angel of contribution, by calling her a Red. Who is Moon Kun-Yong? Isn't she a lovely actress to whom all the nation was giving unstinted praise over and over? She is a pretty, young actress who made a contribution of as much as 850 million won anonymously with sweet and kind-hearted mind. The old extreme rightist Jee Man-Won is a villain to have made a merciless, ignorant and unenlightened allegation like, "That Moon Kun-Yong is nothing more than a Red". He is like a brute which doesn't have human warmth and any emotion for beauty.

 

3. Jee Man-Won is denouncing Kim Sung-Tae only for the benefit of his private interests. We should shut him off from the beginning as he is trying to enter the fact-finding committee to persue only his interests telling absurd and non-sensical lies.

 

Conclusion

 

The allegations of this two men (Lee Hyon-Jong, Choi Jin-Bong) are not true but only fakes. What were this two defendants plotting to do by drawing in this serious false facts? 1) They were trying to kill Jee Man-Won's personality 2) They committed collaboration with the enemy to cover up North Korea's criminal invasion into South Korea without making war declaration. This two men treated Jee Man-Won badly to call him a helpless weirdo, and railed against him. I am expecting to see their real ability with great concern whether they can prove Jee Man-Won a weirdo sure enough.

 

Purport of Claim

 

1. The defendant 1and 2 shall pay to the plaintiff 100 million won and 15 percent interest rate from the day receiving this copy of petition until paying full compensation.

 

2. Lawsuit cost shall be a burden of the defendants.

 

I have already filed civil and criminal action against Suh Jong-Gahp claiming 100 million won from him. He will be receiving copy of petition which has written claim of 100 million won next day. The strong point Jee Man-Won has in litigation is that Jee Man-Won has the ability to write petition and accusation fast. This two men's wicked act will not come much short of Suh Jong-Gahp's wicked act. The only difference is, while Suh Jong-Gahp exposed his ignorance open without filtration, this two men attacked on principle and ideology disguised as learned man.
