    폼페이오가 북에 가는 목적, 북폭결심 굳히고 명분 얻으려

 

많은 언론들과 관측자들이 예측한다. 폼페이오가 종전선언을 손에 들고 평양에 가서 핵협상을 할 것이라는 종류의 예측들이다. 하지만 이제까지 나타난 바둑판을 보면 핵협상은 더 이상 진전될 수 없다. 폼페이오, 이번에는 핵 포기냐, 아니냐, 이에 대한 명확한 답변을 요구하러 가는 것이 아니겠느냐, 이런 생각이 든다. 이제까지 북으로부터 흘러나온 이야기들이나 태도들로부터는 핵포기에 대한 조금의 희망도 찾아볼 수 없었다. 북한이 내놓은 것도 없다. 오로지 종전선언을 얻어내려는 꼼수와 전력투구만 있었다. 문재인 측으로부터 발산되는 기운은 오로지 ‘김정은과 손잡고 한편이 되어 미국을 속이고 적화통일하려는 기운’뿐이었다. 중국-러시아-북한-남한이 한편이 되어 있다는 사실을 미국이 모를 리 없다. 종전선언은 주한미군을 당장 몰아내고 날치기식 통일을 획책하기 위한 악몽의 꼼수다.

 

    종전선언에 대한 올바른 정의는 북한의 5.18 게릴라전 이해해야 가능

 

많은 사람들은 종전선언을 느긋하게 보고 있다. “종전선언을 하게 되면 주한미군 철수로 이어지지 않겠느냐?” 이렇게 보는 것이다. 이런 식의 개념이면 종전선언 이후에 상당한 시간이 있고, 그 상당한 시간에 걸쳐 주한미군철수 문제가 이슈로 등장하여 티격태격할 것이라는 전망을 하게 한다. 이러한 생각은 참으로 느슨한 생각이고 그래서 가장 위험한 것이다. 나는 북한의 게릴라식 행동방식을 많이 연구했고, 그 방식이 5.18을 통해 어떻게 실행되었는지를 잘 안다. 이런 내가 보는 종전선언의 의미는 위의 의미와는 전혀 다른 차원에 있다. 종전선언이 무엇인가를 정의하는 데 있어, 5.18에서 북한이 벌인 게릴라전을 이해하고 있는 나와 그걸 모르는 일반 사람들 사이에는 차원적 격차가 난다.

 

   종전선언 선포되면 그 다음날 적화통일, 주한미군철수 공론화 과정 없어

 

지금 현재 문재인은 휴전선을 완전한 100m 달리기 운동장으로 변화시켜놓고 있다. 감시체제도 무력화시켜놓았다. 병사들은 야간에 외출을 다 나간다. 군 지휘체계를 모두 전라도 일색으로 바꾸어놓았다. 전라도는 북한 땅이지 남한 땅이 아니다. 이렇게 해놓고 종전선언에 올인하고 있다는 사실을 음미해야 한다. 앞의 다른 사람들은 휴전선과 군의 무력화 현상을 종전선언 문제와 결부시키지 않고, 종전선언이라는 문제만 따로 떼어놓고 생각했다. 이는 지극히 단순하고 순진한 생각이다. 종전선언이 떨어지기가 무섭게 북한군 수십만이 민간복을 입고 밤중에 달려 서울 등지에 올 것이다. 달려와도 감시할 수 있는 수단이 없다. 민간복장을 하고 내려온 북한군 수십만은 한국사람 행세를 하면서 남한의 빨갱이들과 어울려 피로 얼룩지는 폭동을 일으킬 것이다. 이는 내전으로 과대 선전될 것이고 이를 명분으로 하여 문재인과 김정은은 비상사태 선포와 함께 통일되었음을 선포할 것이다.

 

주한미군 철수는 이슈로 공론화되는 시간을 갖지 못하고 미국은 즉시 쫓겨나게 된다. 1989년 임종석이 국가의 공권력 전부를 마비시킬 정도로 엄청난 저지레를 쳤다. 그가 저지른 일들을 지금 설명해주어도 사람들은 “설마~” 하고 피부로 느끼지 못할 것이다. 임종석과 김정은 집단이 함께 꾸미면 위에서 내가 상상한 시나리오가 충분히 현실화될 수 있다. 오늘(10.6) 유엔사 부사령관도 예측했다. “종전선언은 되돌릴 수 없는 비탈길을 내려 달리는 위험”이라고.

 

     폼페이오 북에 갔다 오면 찬바람 일 것

 

나는 존 볼튼과 트럼프가 이 사실을 충분히 다 알고 있을 것이라고 생각한다. 트럼프의 넉살과 대북제재는 정반대로 가고 있다. 트럼프의 넉살이 심해질수록 대북제재는 더욱 강화되고 있는 것이다. 이번에 폼페이오가 북에 가는 것은 핵포기에 대한 좋은 소식을 받으러 가는 것이 아니다. 폼페이오가 북에 가면 북이 들려줄 수 있는 이야기, 이는 이미 강경화가 10월 4일(한국시간)에 말해주었다. 만일 이번 방북에서 김정은 측이 강경화가 했던 말과 똑같은 말을 하면 이는 중러북남 연합 사실을 확인해주는 스모킹 건이 될 것이다. 제2차 미북회담이 열릴 것이라는 이야기는 하나의 기만작전일 것이다. 트럼프가 미국사회에서 환호를 받을 수 있는 길은 다시 강경노선으로 선회하여 북폭을 결행하는 것이다. 기습을 단행할 수 있는 그 순간까지 연기력 좋은 트럼프는 너스레를 떨며 시간을 벌 모양이다. 지금 트럼프는 시진핑과 김정은과 문재인을 한 도마 위에 놓고 칼질을 하고 있는지도 모른다. 미국편으로 돌아서려던 김정은을 시진핑과 문재인이 훼방했기 때문이다.

 

What Pompeio's Visit to North For, To Strengthen Determination to Bomb it, For Justification

 

Many journalist and observers make predicts, such as Pompeio is visiting Pyong-yang with 'declaration of ending the war' in his hand, and he will do negotiations on the matter of denuclearization. But if you look into the chess board to check the situations developed so far, the negotiations doesn‘t seem to move forward any further. It occurred to me that Pompeio is going there to ask for confirmative answer whether they will give up the Nuke or not. We are not able to find out any hope for denuclearization from their attitude or from what we have heard from the North so far. There is nothing that the North have given up, too. What they showed so far are only cheating and utmost struggles to get 'declaration of ending the war'. All the signs coming out from Moon Jae-In show a strong tendency that he is moving toward Kim Jong-Un to join hands with him, and deceive the US to go to communized unification. The US must have known that China, Russia, North Korea and South Korea have already become one in a group. The declaration is their cheating of nightmare by which they scheme to drive out the US Army right away and rush into communized unification by surprise.

 

For Correct Definition on Declaration of Ending the War, Understanding of North's May 18th Guerilla Tactics, A Prerequisite.

 

Many people are sitting easy with the matter of 'declaration of ending the war'. They are predicting that, … "Isn't it possible the declaration may lead to withdrawal of the US Army". If you have this notion in mind, you might predict that we will have quite a long time after the declaration, and the matter of the withdrawal will make an issue for debate gradually, and there will be bickers and wrangles for a time. This is really an easy-going way of thinking, and consequently the most dangerous one. I have done pretty much research on the tactics of the North's guerilla maneuver, so I have a clear grasp of their tactics as to how it was implemented in the 'May 18th' real guerilla warfare. The conception I come to have about the declaration after this research is in a dimension quite different from that of others above. In making a definition on what 'declaration of ending the war' is, there exists inventable dimensional difference between me, who have full understanding of the guerilla warfare which the North brought into the 'May 18th Riot', and ordinary people who have no knowledge about it.

 

If End of War Declared, Next Day comes Communized Unification, No Procedure for Public Debate on US Army Withdrawal

There will be no system or method remained intact which can keep watching them running in. This hundreds of thousands of the North troops who came down in civilian clothes, pretending South Korea citizens, will raise riots of bloodshed together with local communists in the South. This will be exaggerated as internal war, and Moon Jae-In and Kim Jong-Un will proclaim martial law using it as a justification, and then declare that the two Korea have been unified.

 

There will be no time allowed for public debate on the subject of 'withdrawal of the US Army', and the US Army will be driven out right away. In 1989, Lim Jong-Suk made a real mess to the extent of paralyzing almost all the functions of governmental authority. Even if I explain to people about the mess, they would be saying, "hardly possible . It's not likely …", and possibly unable to realize the actual riots there. If Lim Jong-Suk and Kim Jong-Un jointly plot a scheme, it's very possible their scenario can be actualized as I imagined. Today October 3rd, Deputy Commander of UN Forces predicted, too. "Declaration of ending the war is a real danger like running down the irreversible slope".

I think Trump and John Bolton both are well aware of it. Trump's sassy joke and sanctions on the North are going the opposite. The sassier the jokes are getting, the harder the sanctions are getting. The purpose Pompeio is going to the North for is not to get a good news on denuclearization. Kang Kyong-Wha already said everything in the US on October 4th(Korean time) about what the North would have to say to Pompeio when he is in there. If Kim Jong-Un and his men repeat what Kang Kyong-Hwa have already said, this will be a smoking gun that confirms the fact that China, Russia and the two Koreas have made an alliance. The talks in the US, prospecting 2nd US-North Korea summit meeting to be held, seem only to be a tactical trick. The way Trump can restore cheers of Americans is to turn around to hard line and carry out bombing of the North. Until the moment he can start his surprise attack, Trump, with his splendid acting skill, looks to gain time for it, speaking offhand jests at times. Maybe Trump is chopping Si-Jin-Ping, Kim Jong-Un and Moon Jae-In now on a kitchen board. That's because Si-Jin-Ping and Moon Jae-In interfered with Kim Jong-Un when he was moving toward the US.
