A preemptive strike cause that can’t be better than now

NK’s missile range fast approaching the CONUS

It has become a popular sentiment of the global village that the Kim Jong-un regime must be eliminated.

The ballistic missile that North Korea recklessly launched on February 12, 2017 has proved the following three facts:

1.  They can secretly launch the ballistic missiles at their command without forewarning, as the missiles are mounted on tracked vehicles.

2.  They can fire the ballistic missile from submarine as it burns fuel immediately after launch.

3.  They demonstrated their capability to directly attack the United States with the ballistic missile.

With missile saber-rattling NK is recklessly threatening the United States to give way; can it be acceptable?

North Korea’s motive for threatening an attack on the United States is obvious. They seek a dialog, and ultimately large concessions from the US. However, such NK threats will no longer be tolerated by global villagers. All the more so because the US President Donald Trump has a bold character with strong self-esteem.

What President Trump complains to former President Obama is the burden of the preemptive strike

President Donald Trump blames Barrack Obama for his failure in controlling the NK regime during his term, which has at last prompted a dangerous situation at present. This means that US President Donald Trump has clearly realized that if he permits continuing missile development by NK, the regime will soon have the capability to launch intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) towards the mainland of the United States of America. So as for the US perspective at this moment, further concessions will not only deteriorate US security but also garner tremendous blame from world countries. The United States deserves every right to maintain her own security. Therefore, it is not a matter that can be meddled and interrupted by Russia and China either. This is a powerful justification for the United States to conduct the preemptive strike for her vital security. Far more tolerance to the NK regime will only cause serious harm to US security.

Kim Jong-un asked for an irrevocable punishment

The world countries will unanimously support the United States if she conducts a preemptive strike against the rogue state. The Kim Jong-un regime has already been branded as an anti-human criminal at the United Nations for infringing upon human rights and the universal values of mankind.

On top of this, the NK dictator Kim Jong-un has added an abysmal misstep. On February 14, 2017 just two days after the ballistic missile was fired, Kim Jong-un assassinated his half-brother, Kim Jong-nam using the most poisonous VX nerve gas that has been strictly banned by the United Nations. This unbelievable incident will be harshly handled by the UN Human Rights Commission. At the same time, global sentiment to get rid of the NK ruler, Kim Jong-un will be rapidly escalated. There will be little space for China and Russia to harbor the troublemaker. These circumstances combine to provide the best opportunity for the United States to shake the irritating monkey off from her back. The more delayed the more difficult for the United States to control the rude young dictator.

Preventive strike is unnecessary, but a surprise preemptive strike will be effective

The preventive strike means to get rid of NK’s nuclear facilities and missile launching bases with a surgical strike. In this case, will the NK regime be sitting on their hands? No, they won’t. They will of course attack the South. After having tremendous damage, the South will enter an all-out war. The foregoing strategy is ill-advised. Accordingly the United States must enter into a total war frame conducting scorched earth tactics from the beginning.

Paralyzing the enemy’s command structure and electronic weapon’s functions by electronic warfare, the United States should conduct a time on target (TOT) operation and simultaneous bombardments including ICBM launches from the CONUS to every corner of NK region by using every possible top-notch strategic asset deployed in Guam, Japan and South Korea in order to prevent any NK counterattack on the South.

Otherwise damage on South Korea side will be beyond description. For this reason we need to conduct merciless tactics from the beginning to avoid tremendous damage on our part. This is the only solution to tame the rogue state. The NK regime will in no way give up nuclear armaments and missiles through dialog or by diplomatic channel. The only thing that lasts is to settle by powerful military power.

선제타격 명분, 지금보다 더 좋을 수 없다

미국 땅에 바짝 다가간 북한 미사일

김정은 정권은 흔적도 없이 소멸돼야 한다는 것이 지구촌 민심이다. 2월 12일 북한이 발사한 탄도미사일은 세 가지 사실을 증명해 주었다. 하나는 탄도탄을 궤도차량에 탑재한 것이기 때문에 산간벽지에까지 자유자재로 다니면서 기습사격을 할 수 있고, 다른 하나는 사출 후에 연료를 태우기 때문에 잠수함에서도 발사될 수 있다는 것을 증명해 준 것이고, 또 다른 하나는 미국을 직접 공격할 수 있는 대륙간탄도 미사일 능력이 거의 갖추어져 있다는 것을 보여준 것이다.

미사일 쇼로 미국에 손들라 협박, 미국에 통할까?

북한은 도적떼 적인 매너로 미국을 공격하겠다고 선포해 놓은 상태다. 북한이 이렇게 미국을 자극하는 것은 대화를 통해 통큰 양보를 얻어 내겠다는 것 말고는 달리 생각하기 어렵다. 하지만 북한의 이러한 협박자세는 요즘 세상에 어울리지도 않고 통할 수도 없다. 더구나 자존심 강하고 과감한 성격을 가진 트럼프에는 어림도 없는 술책이다.

트럼프가 오바마에 불평한 것은 선제공격을 자기에게 떠넘겼다는 뜻

트럼프는 오바마를 원망했다. 북한을 이토록 방자하게 잘못 길들이고 이만큼 위험한 상태에 이르게 한 사람이 오바마였다고 불평한 것이다. 이를 조금만 더 방치하면 북한은 정말로 미국 본토를 향해 대륙간탄도탄을 날릴 수 있는 위험한 존재가 된다는 것을 절감했다는 뜻이다. 이런 순간에 북한을 더 이상 방치하는 것은 미국의 안보를 방치하는 행위일 뿐만 아니라 미국이 세계적으로 비난받아야 할 매우 다급한 사안이다. 미국의 안보는 미국이 지키는 것이라 중국이나 러시아가 관여할 문제가 아니다. 이것이 미국이 미국의 안보를 위해 선제타격을 할 수 있는 강력한 명분이다. 북한에 시간을 더 내주는 것은 바로 미국의 안녕을 해하는 것이다.

 매를 단단히 번 김정은

미국이 북한을 타격한다면 세계여론은 미국을 강력 지지할 것이다. 김정은 집단은 이미 유엔총화에서 인류의 보편적 가치인 인권을 유린하는 반인륜적 범죄자로 낙인이 찍혀있다. 여기에 더해 김정은은 최악의 자충수를 두었다. 미사일 발사 이틀 뒤인 2월 14일, 유엔에서 금지한 가장 독한 VX신경가스를 사용해 이복형인 김정남을 암살한 것이다. 이는 곧 유엔인권위에서 가장 강도 높게 다뤄질 것이며 이 과정에서 세계여론이 김정은 제거론으로 에스컬레이트 될 것이다. 중국도 러시아도 더 이상 김정은을 감싸지 못할 것이다. 미국에게 이 사상의 호재는 없다. 김정은을 소멸시키려면 이 이상의 호재는 더 이상 없을 것이며, 시간을 보내면 보낼수록 김정은은 더욱 통제하기 어려워진다.

 예방타격은 없다. 한다면 기습적인 초토화 전쟁뿐이다

예방타격이라는 것은 북한이 핵 시설과 유도탄 기지들을 외과수술 하듯 도려내는 것을 의미한다. 이렇게 할 경우 과연 성질 급하고 자존심 강한 북한이 두드려 맞기만 하고 가만히 있을까? 아닐 것이다. 남한에 공격을 감행할 것이다. 남한은 엄청난 피해를 입고 나서 전면전을 수행하게 되는 것이다. 이는 어설픈 하 책이다. 따라서 미국은 처음부터 프레임을 전면전-순간적인 초토화 전쟁 방식으로 가야 한다.   

전자 전으로 적의 지휘체계와 전자무기의 기능을 마비시키고 미국으로부터 대륙간탄도탄을 날림과 동시에 곧 한반도에 전개되는 미국 최고 전력자산들과 일본, 괌 등에 전진 배치한 전력자산들이 시간 차 공격을 하여 모든 탄두들이 북한 잔역에 동시에 떨어져 감히 남한을 향해 무기를 사용할 시간과 엄두를 갖지 못하게 하는 이른바 TOT(Time On Target) 공격을 감행하는 것이다. 어설피 건드리면 우리 국민이 많은 피해를 보기 때문에 군대용어로 무자비한 타격을 가해야만 하는 것이다. 북한을 손보려면 이 길밖에는 없어 보인다. 북한은 절대로 대화나 외교적인 방법으로 핵과 미사일을 포기하지 않는다. 남은 것은 오직 군사력사용, 이것 하나뿐이다.
